Received new Nissan Juke Tekna DCT last week replacing 10 year old model. First impressions it looks fabulous in Fuji Red with black accents. The interior much improved, better layout and cameras/ sensors on another level. Smooth driving and light steering making it a pleasure to drive.

Great dealership! Haven't purchased a car for a number of years and I was very happy with the service I received. Shani was excellent, helping me navigate the exchange and PCP process with ease. I appreciated her was honestly and patience in helping me find the correct car, and her diligence in taking me through the cars features and checking in after pick up how it was all going. I also chatted to a number of the team here, and they were all professional and friendly. I didn't feel pushed or pressured into the purchase at any point, and I would recommend the team here to any perspective buyers.

Bought a used car ending January because I have always followed one of their staff Calum every motor show room sites he moved to and having bought three cars from him.
This recent car I have bought has changed my
mind in buying cars from Vertu - Nissan South Glasgow and the sales manager Dean Martin is aware of the problem and I haven't received good customer satisfaction towards solving the problem the infotainment has which doesn't work and I paid the car in full. The car has been on site several times to fix.
Initially, I put my experience here on trustpilot, about the sale manager Dean doesn't reply to my emails. And in one of the visits to the car show room, on seeing me, he said am "the pain in his back side". On seeing my remarks on this page he asked me to adjust the comment when he started responding to my emails, which I did make an adjustment.
Today 27/06/25, I was again at the car show room to meet the Vertu - Nissan South Glasgow sales manager Dean about the SD card he made mentioned of ordering to my address stating it was £165 which when I checked online prior to my visit it was sold at £40. I came to the showroom to meet him and to tell him that the SD card wasn't working. Getting into my car to show him and to highlight to him how the same problem can be frustrating to myself being the customer. Again, I mentioned to him about the statement he made to me being the customer by referring me "as pain in his back side "last time I came to him, he flared off the car because he knew I was right what he commented. All I wanted was apologies to your customer.
I certainly mean that the sales manager Dean Martin at the Vertu-Nissan South Glasgow should go for more customer relation trainings as he lacks that quality to represent Vertu- Nissan Glasgow South in that stance. The present post as sales manager in that Vertu branch is not suitable , placing him to deal with customers and of his kind of person who faces and interacts with a wider range of people in the public as it comes to portraying Vertu - Nissan Glasgow South business.
Very annoying that I haven't enjoyed the car the way it should be and various managers on that site that I came across knew the problem of the car, seems not resolved the problem,
with the SAT NAV not working and the radio cuts off intermittently.

I had the best experience with the sales man Nathan. He was very knowledgeable and calm. He was patient answering all questions. The General manager was also great and he came out to ask if all was OK and was caring. Calum was also helpful in making sure all was OK. The whole team were very friendly. Me and my girls were offered refreshments. I would recommend Vertue to anyone looking for a car as they have a great selection to almost new cars and new ones. JENNIFER CLARE ABALO

Made a phone enquiry and within the hour, Jordan sent me a video tour of the used car I was enquiring about.
Called into the branch next day, and bought the car. When I picked it up a few days later, it was well presented and looked like new!
Great company to deal with, and top marks to our salesman Jordan.
