After spotting the car on Nissan Vertu (Halifax), it was very easy to contact them and go through the process. Sam B was very helpful from day one and although this is the first time I bought a car from a distance, he made everything feasible in a short period of time.

Extremely rude just on a human level
Extremely rude just on a human level, went inside to their garage,a few people there looked like mechanics just asked if they knew how to walk to the Shaw Lodge flats, all said did not know. Asked next door at car wash and chap was nice saying keep walking and cross over at close by zebra crossing. We are Asian and obviously never go near here again or bother with a Nissan car if I want to drive again.

My experience at vertu nissan Halifax went very well, saw the car we wanted, after a while was approached by John one of the vertu staff,he was not pushy at all in fact we spent about 2 hours there,we drove away happy deal done, would I use them again,yes with out a doubt cheers Nigel & Debbie

Great Service from Keeley
My Nissan Leaf was booked in for a service and MOT last week. The service I received from Keeley at the Halifax Branch was exceptional. I was kept well informed and I had no problems getting hold of her. The everything was sorted quickly and I was really pleased with the items that have been replaced and the car was spotless inside and out when I cam to pick it up. Initially our usage, requirements and finance was discussed in depth, before we even looked at a vehicle. A Nissan juke was then brought over from the storage area, the right colour, mileage and mechanical and technical levels but most of all within our budget. We did not need to see any other cars it fitted our requirements perfectly. We were not pushed to buy but were given more in depth information on the car, but had already decided that we were happy to go ahead and purchase the car. It was a pleasant experience compared to previous contact with motor car dealerships.
