I was made welcome from the very start no hassle or pushy salesmen, a very relaxed atmosphere and my salesman a very considerate young man called Bilal, everything I asked he had an answer for he knew his job and the cars inside out could not fault my experience at Vertu very professional especially Bilal.

Bought a car for my mobility and I can tell you nissan did not disappoint at all not only my car was delivered quickly but the whole process was extremely efficient stress free customer service is nothing short of excellent friendly helpful staff I was dealing with lovely lady called Heather and Ben was equally friendly would deffinatley recommend to anyone who wants a stress free buying experience just pop into nissan vertu sheffield and enjoy 😉

Ben helped us from our first appointment to choose the best car out of their range for our needs. He was knowledgeable and took the time to talk us through the different options available. Once the car was ordered we were kept up to date regularly via text, e-mail and phone call right upto the day of collection. Excellent Service, lovely friendly atmosphere in the show room.

If I could give 10 stars I would!
After having a horrific experience at another garage, the guys at Nissan Sheffield have restored my trust in dealers. I travelled from Cardiff on the train to get the car. Brandon picked us up from the station and had even come in on his day off because it was the only day I could come. He was extremely friendly and not at all pushy. I felt at ease about parting with so much money!!
They took care of everything and I drove away as a very happy customer 😊

From start to finish my experience with Vertu Nissan Sheffield was excellent, it began with me seeing the van online, using the £99 reserve option is so easy and it gives you piece of mind you have first refusal . I arranged a test drive and the van was perfect, fantastic price and in great condition. The vehicle did have some minor scuffs and scratches and they were sorted. I dealt with Peter throughout the process and he was very professional and friendly.

Excellent Customer Service from Start to Finish
From start to finish the level of customer service given by Andy in Sales was excellent. The car I had originally seen on the website wasn’t quite what I was looking for. Andy found me an alternative and had it brought to my local branch. The car was of a higher spec but still within my price range. He handled all the paperwork making the part-ex and registration of the new vehicle easy for me. Always on hand to answer any queries and providing good detailed information on the vehicle including short videos. I cannot praise them enough.

Professional Sales Experience
Having initially visited the dealership to enquire about a Qashqai our 1st point of contact, Jack was very knowledeable and put us at ease about any areas of concern we had.
After a later follow up call from Heather highlighting a campaign they had on the Qashqai, we visited to discuss the various offers. During this visit we were impressed by Heather's approach supported by her manager, Jack and quickly decided to commit to an order. The vehicle collection process was handled very professionally by Heather and we have been delighted with our new car.

The whole car buying and finance…
The whole car buying and finance experience at Vertu Nissan Sheffield was incredibly smooth from start to finish. The salesman Josh and business manager James both go above and beyond to find the perfect car and finance offer and I’m incredibly happy with my sparky new (used) Qashqai. Josh’s knowledge and communication throughout the process was top notch and I couldn’t recommend a trip to see him at Nissan Sheffield more!
