I booked a test drive last Saturday for this Saturday we travelled 20 miles to find they haven't got the car we wanted to drive and didn't even really care. They offered us a different model to test but it wasn't what we went there for... Their loss.. What a complete waste of my time

We completely understand your frustration at travelling to the dealership expecting to test drive a specific Nissan X-Trail model, only to find we were unable to provide the exact vehicle you had hoped to experience. Whilst we offered an alternative demonstrator, we appreciate this was not what you had booked for.
We're also sorry that you left feeling we didn't care, as that was certainly not our intention. We value every customer who visits us and regret that we fell short of your expectations on this occasion.

Great dealership that is not pushy
Could not fault the help and attention i recieved from Warren when we came in to look at cars on the Motorbility Scheme. Was not at all pushy as we had found at other dealerships ( not Nissan ). He answered all our questions with absolutely no pressure on what car to pick at the same time helping us pick the right car to suit our needs. Every car dealership should have car salespeople like Warren. Will definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends.

Easy to purchase
After seeing the car i wanted on line my visit and particularly Sophie a vertu sales consultant we bought the car there and then Sophie was most proffessional throughout and explained the sale and finance plan perfectly.

He explained everything I needed to know. I saw the juke on there internet site. It was certainly better in person and everything I wanted. After purchasing the car I had a question so popped into the store. They helped me out loads with my question and explained all the information I needed.

We went to the Tamworth branch meet by a lovely lady who was named Sophie Hamilton she was very polite and made us very welcome she didn’t try to push us into buying a car , when we did choose the car she explained everything to us and put us at ease so all in all very happy with the car Nissan Juke Hybrid, so thank you all at Vertu motors Tamworth I would give Sophie 10 stars if I could 👍

Poor Customer support
Nice place for nice car but Very poor service with delivery. They had got the payment for the delivery way ahead 5 days early . I am still waiting for the delivery and they keep informing me that delivery driver not booked yet , i believe not ideal thing for such big organisation it been 4 days yet to receive me car. I had to keep calling and checking for updates poor customer service. I am still doubtful if they will deliver the car or i will have to go for collection.

Ryan was very helpful connected my phone to my brand new Nissan Juke with google maps, and to the built hands free, changed from kilometres to miles per hour, explained everything on the dashboard was also very friendly and polite, also had a test drive before signing any paperwork
