Extremely Helpful Sales Executive
I was delighted with the helpful and courteous service we received from the person selling us the car. Buying cars is always a stressful business, but buying from Vertu was made it a positive experience because of the considerate attitude shown by the sales executive. He understood the budget we had available and the type of car we wanted. I cannot praise his approach enough.

Great service.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was made to feel welcome but not pressured into buying any "extras" which I did not want. The whole process, from test drive to ordering to handover went very smoothly. I would thoroughly recommend Renault Leicester to anyone wanting to buying a new - or used - vehicle.

I exchanged a new Dacia Sandero for a…
I exchanged a new Dacia Sandero for a used Renault Clio back in October 2025. At Bristol Street motors. I went out for a test drive with Viraj and pointed out that the brakes were squeaky and I was told that that would be sorted out before the handover, after the handover I noticed that the brakes were still squeaky and I was told by Paul to bring the vehicle back in to get the brakes looked at, after a few days I went back to get the vehicle and went for a test drive with Paul and he pointed out that the brakes were still squeaky and I should make and appointment for the new brake pads to be fixed. After 3 weeks I rang up and was told that the new brake pads had just arrived and that the car should be ready in a couple of days, I went to collect the car and upon driving I noticed sounds coming from the front as I was turning left or right a terrible noise. I emailed Viraj explaining to him and I was told that he would speak to his manager and then he would call me back, this never happened and I rang Viraj up and was told that I’ve been driving the vehicle and therefore there’s nothing they could do, upon which I said to Viraj that I wasn’t happy with the car because ever since I got the vehicle something was going wrong and I would return the car upon which Viraj said oh please we want you to enjoy the Vehicle and then Paul Rang me to say bring the car in, after over a week I went to pick the car up and the noise has got worse and they keep fogging me off. Never again will I buy a car again from Vertu Leicester. Because they sold me a faulty car. I will take this further as I emailed Paul a few days ago and he’s not got back to me

My experience at Vertu Renault Leicester was cracking because of the detailed explanation about the car with the supporting documents from the sales person Viraj, it enhanced my confidence to buy this car. I must admit that Viraj is an excellent sales guy as he has answered each of my questions with extreme patience and politeness. My new Clio 1.0 techno
From ringing to inquire about a new car to collection Viraj was first class at keeping me up to date.
Sending me paperwork via email and phoning to say when I could collect my car. He sat and explained all the new tech that my old 2008 Ka didn't have and made the whole experience great from start to finish. Well done Viraj.

Staff were really nice and explained…
Staff were really nice and explained everything well. The vehicle was perfect. The only reason I didn't give full star rating was that the car had only been charged to 85% and I had a 120+ mile journey home. Which left me with 7% charge once home. Apart from that, spot on.
