Another new car!!
Recently a purchased my Lexus from Toyota Leicester. Service is brilliant, as are the team (Stuart, Nathan etc). I’ve been buying my cars from them for a number of years now and have always gone back to upgrade due to the professional and interpersonal service they provide. See you in 3yrs guys.

Excellent service
We were greeted by Joe, who didn't pressure us, but was there to help us & answer any questions. After a test drive we decided to buy the car.
2 days later we picked up the car, everything was as promised & the whole process went very smoothly. Couldn't fault anything.

I am in awe! Had the fastest and coolest service ever.
I idly entered a query on chat GPT asking for a brand new car under £30k and Vertu was the number 1 option. Filled out a form and got assigned Lucy who walked me through and I was sold on the first chat. She followed up promptly and I have a brand new car! Still pinching myself.

Recently we bought 2 cars from Vertu…
Recently we bought 2 cars from Vertu Toyota on Welford Road. On our initial visit we were met by a sales executive, Mr Fudelis Echiejile, who was very knowledgeable, polite and very helpful in answering all of our many questions. We looked at many vehicles and arranged a test drive on two cars and he was never pushy in trying to ‘oversell’ the vehicles. We were given plenty of time to make a decision that suited our needs and we never felt pressured to buy any of the vehicles. We felt we got a fair deal on both vehicles and are very happy with our purchase.

Absolute joke.
Van went in for a factory recall (all in working order), came back with a knackered injector. Couldn't book us in for a week, van finally goes in for work and went work is completed it all of a sudden has a petrol contamination, bit of arguing about this was not us contaminating the fuel system, all of a sudden it's no longer a petrol contamination and needs to be sent for testing. 3 weeks later we are still waiting on work to complete. Chase it up daily and keep getting told someone will call me back and never does. In the meantime they have taken a van from us and provided a Yaris in place....hardly a fair swap for a business that makes deliveries daily.
Ridiculous.
