Vertu Motors - Toyota Worksop Opiniones 

It’s all about profit and not customer service, previously the Worksop dealership was owned by Burrows and their customer service was second to none, always helpful and when the service was due they did a free pick up service, Now Vertu want to charge £60 for the service that was previously free of charge.
Now we are given a 3 hour waiting slot as a minimum…….

Thank you Dean for your prompt response, indeed Owyn has spoken to myself and resolved the issue. Hopefully this customer service issue will be discussed and lead to a resolved training issue.

We were looked after by Connor at Vertu Toyota Worksop. Nothing was too much trouble. We both had a test drive and Connor spent a lot of time answering all our questions. The showroom was a pleasant environment with coffee in a proper cup included. When we collected the car, Connor again spent a long time introducing us to all the cars features and assured us we could get in touch if we needed any help. All in all a great experience.

The team we dealt with was great, we were made to feel very welcome and were lucky enough to get a great teal on a pre registered vehicle. We decided to drive 200 miles round trip to seal the deal.Our existing car was 13 years old so the new hybrid is a huge step up and totally different. We decided to have the vehicle delivered and was a little disappointed that the car with 4 miles on the clock was driven over to us, we were expecting it to be on a mini transporter. However the dealership were generous in recognising and accepting the delivery issues to our satisfaction. Overall we were very happy with our experience, but I would like to see more detail giver over so you know what to expect when arranging deliver and other features on these new models.

One point, I've had two courtesy cars from Vertu Toyota Worksop and the demo car all had front and rear cameras, because of this we believed that these cameras were standard issue. They are not, they are extras we felt that this should have been clarified
