Excellent service and professional support
I bought my new car a couple of months ago after having a car accident.
My experience was superb, nothing about it was rushed as I was waiting on insurance.
I couldn't thank Gary Chapman enough for such a smooth and thorough process and explanation of everything I needed to know and understand, nothing was too much trouble, he was polite, very helpful and very professional.
My husband and I love our new car and we would highly recommend Gary and Vertu if you are looking for a new car.

Took the car in February and told them…
Took the car in February and told them it needed a wet belt as we had trouble with oil they basically called me a liar.plus they never told us about the warranty after our first year service was over the milage when I booked it in i told them that I was on holiday prebooked and paid for so they said it was OK to bring it in afterwards and they never told me that the warranty was cancelled due to this. It is a motability car and they tell lies to motability as my father had a car on motability with this garage and they said he had done 70,000 miles when he had only done 3,000 trying to get money out of a 86 year old man and they are getting extra money out of us this time. After this car we will never go to vauxhall again and if anyone asks us about them we will tell them not to bother stay away from vauxhall Macclesfield. I have a good mind to go to the papers

Excellent service and advice. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable, and made the whole process of buying a car simple and straightforward. Zac (sales) was very polite, friendly, approachable and helpful. Would recommend and go there again

Customer care excellent
Customer care excellent, nothing too much trouble for the Sales team. Josef super quick and knowledgeable to get me on the correct deal with the right car, David sorting out the finance/ insurance and petrol so I could get the car within a week and Jonathon sealing the deal and answering my multiple questions, Including a servicing contract and making me feel at ease and then running through everything on the car and connecting my phone up to the car for me. Top notch all of them.
