I cannot praise the service at Vertu…
I cannot praise the service at Vertu enough. My car had a persistent driving belt noise that three different local garages failed to diagnose, costing me over £300 in unnecessary belt replacements.Frustrated, I took the car to Vertu. They accurately diagnosed the issue as a faulty alternator pulley and fixed it promptly. The car now drives quietly and smoothly.I am incredibly grateful to the team, especially Dan Carnell, who excellently managed the service and repair from start to finish. To top it off, they offered 0% interest finance options for the payment, which was a fantastic bonus. Save yourself time and money—go straight to Vertu first!

After a false start on getting a repair slot got the software on my XC 60 fixed this morning - great response from company, knowledgeable technician and all completed in short order.

This will be my fourth new Volvo in 18…
This will be my fourth new Volvo in 18 yrs (V70, XC60, XC40 and now another XC40). I can’t fault their reliability and professional customer service offered by the dealerships.
James at Vertu has been a delight to deal with. The whole purchase including part exchange, 0% finance, specification selection etc has been seamless and extremely efficient. Thank you from a very happy customer.

Lovely people, everyone kind considerate and totally helpful, with every aspect of purchasing a vehicle.
I had wants and NOT wants and everyone was fulfilled. Great explanation with test drive, what buttons do what, set my phone up, put my seat so I am comfortable, could not have asked for anything more.
Love the car.
Even sorted my loan, Natwest bank useless I didn't want to use a fiance company, but all good sorted in less than half an hour.
Totally NOT mechanically minded, so much appreciated. Excellent service definitely returning when the time comes. Oh and coffee ☕️ is good 👍 it's a 10++++++ from me.

Handover was complicated by DVLA problems but George and the team put themselves out to get the car to us as soon as possible, including weekend working.
