I scheduled a Zoom appointment with Brooke Bressler (Chicago) over a month in advance and received an empty email with a subject line that our meeting was cancelled two days in advance with no other explanation. When I contacted her, she sent a one-line email back saying that she is no longer doing meetings and sent a survey link instead. When I asked for more information and what the next steps would look like, she did nothing but resent the previous link. Very disappointing experience and poor service.

They are not helpful, did not list up possible options, did not good at make an appointment with property owner. I made reservation for tour by myself. Only at the beginning their response was quick.

My concierge Casey was EXCELLENT in helping me organize my search for an apartment, she was able to find me units that I would not have been able to find on my own, and went out of her way to coordinate showings and any additional information that I need. I would recommend her and Very APT to anyone looking to move to Philly.

Idaliz was great in helping me find apartment availabilities in the Philly area in my price range and with the specifications I needed.

Working with Sara Carter took all of the stress out of the process and helped me find the perfect place. I would have paid a lot for her services. Through our limited email and text interactions, she was able to understand what I was looking for better than I did. I will never look for an apartment, especially in a new city, without someone like Sara.

I worked with Idaliz Santiago to find my first apartment in Philly virtually and she was THE BEST. Apt hunting virtually was very hard for me since I had certain specifications in mind, was on a tight budget, and had a very narrow move-in time frame (that was quickly approaching!). I struggled to find places that I loved and had an even harder time getting in touch with leasing offices. When I contacted Idaliz, she helped me find dream apts within my budget, sent me videos/photos of places I wanted more information on, contacted leasing agents on my behalf, and helped me secure my first choice apt in just 1 week. She was very professional, extremely quick to respond to emails, and a pleasure to work with. Couldn't recommend her enough!

I've gone with Alex Economo twice now and couldn't give a higher recommendation. Professional, responsive, and fast. Alex first helped me find an apartment when I moved to Philly and did a great job recommending places that fit my specifications. I was so happy with my apartment that I called him to help me again when I decided to buy a house a year later. With his help I closed on a dream home within 2 months. I will be recommending Alex to all my friends seeking apartments or buying homes in Philly from here on out.

I contacted VeryApt about my interest in a few apartments in the D.C. area. I contacted them by email and using the "contact us" area on their website. Ten days later all I've received is an email saying their working to assign me a representative. Are you kidding me? Used HotPads instead!

She set up a fabulous schedule for us to walk through a variety of different apartments and provided great information about each of the locations and Philadelphia. She is very pleasant to work with, friendly, and responsive! We couldn't have asked for someone better!

I had a wonderful experience with VeryApt. As an incoming Wharton MBA student, I had a very short window to find an apartment. The VertApt team was extremely responsive, and thoughtful and found great apartments to suit my needs. They were able to negotiate a 2-year lease so I could lock in my rent for the duration of my MBA program. Idaliz was truly wonderful and made the experience seamless. Worked with Idaliz Santiago to find a place in Philadelphia. She helped find places and schedule tours for places within our desired location, budget, and move-in date. Within the span of 2 weeks, she helped us with the entire process to the point of signing our contract! Great experience! Would definitely recommend.

I had an extremely negative experience with this one agent, Alex. He has been acting in an extremely unprofessional manner. I told Alex that I would be visiting Philadelphia three weeks later and asked him to help me schedule tours with some properties (with very specific questions). I waited for his response for more than 10 days and did not hear anything. I sent him two follow up emails afterwards and still did not get his reply. At that point, I assumed that he did not want to work with me, but he then responded after two weeks and asked if I needed assistance. I understood that sometimes things could be hectic, and since he responded, I decided to continue working with him and asked him to help me schedule these tours. He then disappeared again, not getting back to me with any details nor answering my call.

Because I was waiting for Alex and hoping that he would support me in this process, I did not schedule any tours with properties that I wanted to check out. Now that I needed to do this on my own, many of these places no longer have available agents during the time of my visit. If Alex had a personal emergency, he should have at least let me know, or the VeryApt team should have transferred my request to another agent. But none of these happened. Alex's unprofessionalism has brought me tons of inconvenience and wasted my time, and I do not think this is the right attitude to treat any clients.

These guya helped me a lot when I needed an accomodation. I believed that i would never apply to real estate agencies, however some unpleasant situation has happenned with me and this thing made me applying to real estate agency. I have decided to choose something from the list in the internet and I found this company. It attracted me by the design of their website and i was sure that here work only professionals. Fortunately, it was really like that, they helped me to find accomodation and now I have no issues with my living.

To say VeryApt was very helpful would be understatement. I was moving in to Philly from overseas and I had no idea how to start the search for our future home. Kyle Lisicki is an angel. He helped us by identifying an initial target list and then kept on refining it based on our feedback/comments. When we needed to see the place, Kyle went there physically to record a virtual tour. In parallel, Kyle was nice and patient to quickly answer all of our questions (we exchanged 130+ emails).

Our experience moving in to Philly would have completely different if we didn't go with VeryApt.
