Poor return policy
Poor return policy. There are no drop off centers in the US. costly to return items.

Seamless experience and great product
Beautiful dress, looks great, comfortable, true to size and fits well. Delivered quickly - I had a small issue with an incorrect delivery address (my fault) when ordering; the customer service response was quick, efficient and resolved the issue without any problems.

The shoulder strap was ripped on the inside I didn’t have time to send it back as it was for an event the next day the strap kept falling down all day

If I could give it 0 stars I would.
Stole £150 of me. I returned an order and they acknowledged that they received it. I have never received the refund and every email I send they ignored. (Still have proof of all correspondences)
(In reply to your reply , I have proof of emails and correspondence accepting responsibility. I notice that is your standard reply to everyone that’s had issues with you. Vesper is the issue, nobody else. )

Horrendous company
I ordered a dress from vesper back in November 2023 (back then it was Vesper247) I used Klarna by now pay later. It was too big so I returned it, I received an email to say the return was received and my refund was being processed, weeks go by and still no refund, l emailed multiple times regarding this issue, in the first two months I had some responses saying the refund will be sent soon and that they were dealing with a backlog of refunds, the last time they responded to my emails was back in January 2024, l've made enquiries via the website multiple times explaining my situation but yet no one has ever got back to me. I still to this day am in debt to Klarna as I refuse to pay for a dress I do not have. Terrible company do not recommend
