Terribly Poor Service and Experience

It’s been about 4 weeks and I have not received my order. Not only that but NO valid updates on where it is except for when I reached out after radio silence for 3 weeks to be given a copy and pasted version of their “shipping policy” and “production process”. I could care less. It’s about the communication and transparency up front!! If you told me it would take 2 months because they are custom made I would have appreciated it and ordered elsewhere because I was buying this for a specific event that has now come and gone. If tariffs are hindering you on production SAY THAT. but to have the tracking number be a site that constantly sparks privacy concerns from my computer and that doesn’t update or provide any insights except for this is being shipped. I can’t deal with that. Poor advertising. Poor marketing. Poor customer service. Just a terrible experience all around. I’d love my money back but I don’t think that’s happening because I’m starting to think the company isn’t legitimate.

I would never order from this site…

I would never order from this site again. I was charged over $300 and couldn’t get a refund.
The shirts are cheap. Tags are clearly the same as what you would buy on Temu.
I honestly thought it was stolen clothing because some of the tags just had cuts through them. I had an awful experience with customer service. They didn’t get back to me fast. There was no easy resolution and now I’ve lost $300.
It’s been three months back-and-forth.
Save yourself the trouble either buy from temu or spend up and get something good quality.
It looks nothing like the photos of the videos or any of the advertising that they have put up.

Horrible

Horrible. Product ordered on 2/14. I received 1 email asking me for my patience. I have been emailing with no response. I was able to review tracking and it says processing. Now I can't even see any tracking information. I am disputing with my credit card company. Do not order from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!
I ordered from them in January. A few weeks later they gave me a tracking number which never updated (and still hasn't). I emailed and they said "After reviewing your order, it shows that we have already shipped it, you can track it here...However, it shows that the tracker is not showing any progress in the status, which is not normal...give me a few days and I will get back to you." I never got any sort of reply. I emailed again four times over the 3 weeks. They finally responded and said it would be reshipped March 15th (two days ago). I asked if I could have a new tracking number with the new shipment. There response was "it takes time thank you for your patients have a wonderful day" They seem respectful but I don't like that they never gave ANY updates told me a date in which it would be shipped and then told me to wait again. I ordered it two months ago for an event this weekend.

Product stuck in shipping - possible scam

Product stuck in shipping. Order placed 25 Jan 2026. Status moved to "Info Received" with tracking number with an unknown carrier on 26 Jan 2026. Today is 10 Feb 2026. No change in status of shipping.
Email to the company, received a generic response. No update.
