It did seem hard to cancel in your own, but I do have to say after emailing them they were quick to respond and cancelled with no questions .

Be aware of Membership contracts the product is fine just be aware of what you agree too.
I’ve reached out to customer service about needing to cancel my 12 month membership due to losing my job because of the pandemic and was basically just reminded I checked a stupid box choosing the 12 month membership and told a screen shot of my choice was included in the email to remind me as if i forgot.
Thank you for responding, but I literally just responded to an email from Vessel saying
They apologize and will give me the option to cancel my membership at the cost of $45 or settle for a month to month if they can get that “approved” that they wanted to be transparent in pricing. I have not received any email stating what your comment says. I don’t have anything against your product I just wish the customer service and polices were better and more understanding of the economic decline the pandemic has left most American families in and just be more understanding and allow membership policies to be changed for people effected by a National emergency.
Adjusted my review only because they made things right in the end all though it was very stressful emailing with customer support.
The product is fine but membership shouldn’t be so hard to get out of during these difficult times. Appreciate the company making things right and sending a free pack.

Beware
Error messages, faulty test cards, unreliable results, and impossible to cancel. I’ve sent numerous emails requesting to cancel my monthly subscription and each reply contains more marketing and no resolution.

This company doesn’t care about you
Got stuck in a 12 month contract and am unable to cancel despite having to downsize my expenses due to being unemployed due to COVID. For a company that “cares about your health” they sure don’t care whether you can keep your lights on as long as they get paid.

Do not order the supplements
I waited 25 calendar days after ordering the recommended supplements. Noted shipping times on the website and app state 10-14 days. I requested a cancellation of my membership and the order at day 16 as I was unhappy with how many vitamins and minerals were lacking in the test results in the app, and because the supplements did not ship out in the specified SLA which is posted clearly in the app and on the website. Instead, the response I got back was only about my member ship (72 hours later) and not the supplement order. When I kindly (same day) reminded the rep of the supplement order, the order magically (48 hours later) was processed and shipped out although tracking results show it is not with the shipping company yet so now we are at day 26. I want the order cancelled and a return label so that I can return the package unopened. For a new company with a cool yet not ready for GA product, I am very unhappy with how I have been treated and now will not even consider the product when they announce new features for testing more vitamins and minerals. I too do not trust the results as other reviews said because they differed so much between days when literally minor changes were made such as staying more hydrated, yet wellness score went down.

Very hard to get it to work,not worth the hassle. Customer service is terrible. My readings stayed mostly the same even when my eating habits changed. I don't trust this company. If your relatively healthy you don't need this.

Alleviated my blood sugar symptoms aka hypoglycemia
I just wanted to let you know, with the help of vessel app I was able to tackle my low blood sugar issue (aka hypoglycemia). I have been struggling with it all of my life. I am not a huge eater based on my lifestyle so supplementation is best for me. My cortisol levels were extremely high and magnesium was low. I realized that this was demonstrative of my hypoglycemic symptoms. I followed the vessel app and nutritionist recommendation of magnesium glycinate and I cannot remember the last time I felt stabilized.

Do not waste your money
Do not waste your money. The app consistently gives a message saying “Find Better Lightning”. I walked through the entirety of my house, out front, out back and even tried at work. Waste of money. Customer service is pitiful, they offer no suggestions.

Same results every time?
First off I miss read the contract info not the issue though. I’ve tested twice three weeks apart and got the exact same results each time! Since the first one I have been on a very good diet and take plenty of vitamins and supplements. Though nothing changed. I find this odd. I’m going to have my doctor test all

Don’t use. They rope you into a year contract without being clear about it then shame you if you try to reach out and cancel. If you are a normal healthy adult there is no reason you would need a YEAR of this. It’s an absolute scam.

Take control of your health!
Great product- allows me to test for vitamins and minerals my doctor doesn't really care about. Found severely magnesium deficient despite taking vitamins (wrong kind of magnesium, who knew?) Also found folate deficient using this product - adding L-methyl folate next week to see the change in my levels and health.

Results seem accurate and recommendation are solid
For full disclosure, I was asked by a Vessel Health associate to try their product and website. I was not paid and this is my honest review. The app was easy to set up and navigate. I tested two cards an hour apart to test reliability and both gave the same results. Also consistent with a recent checkup that I had. That's good. I then worked with the plan features. The recommendations seemed reasonable and included things I knew I should have been doing to improve my health. I like what I see so far and plan to follow it for a few months to see results.
