I've ordered from vesweeties every Christmas for the past 5 years or so, plus some extra birthday orders throughout the years. The sweets are always great, well packaged and arrived in time.
Another bag of guilt free happiness. All the big sweets had fought their way to the top this time, very pleasing to see :o)

I put large order and when I received my order I was not happy they sent mixed sweets I had to sort them out and there was missing sweets I won't be buying from this company again no you are wrong I didn't get what I ordered you went by the weight you do not not look after your customers

As a small business we try to look after our customers and correct any mistakes we do make however we already explained on our email communication that you are incorrect and your order is correct to the products you purchased.
You purchased our pick and mix sweets which are mixed together, the website and products clearly state this and there is a option to leave us a note to separate fizzy and non fizzy.
Missing sweets: We double checked the order on our system as we log the weights on shipping for each parcel. Your order was the correct weight on shipment and you based the missing weight from the fact that you ordered 43 items and x 50g, this is incorrect as some items like fruit chews do not weigh 50g, again this was explained to you.
We are sorry for the inconvenience but we are happy with the service we provided you and this review is a stark contrast to all the other reviews which shows we go above and beyond to sort out any issues and provide a quality service.

We have ordered Vesweeties since back when they were Vegummies and love their sweet selection. It's great that nothing has gelatine and the price always seems so fair. Everything has always been fresh and delicious. Would highly recommend this company.

Lack of variety in the pouches
I have to admit I am a little bit disappointed, I thought the pictures and the selection on the website looked amazing and the delivery came quickly. However, the vegan sweet mixed pouch I ordered was about 50% giant strawberries 30% dummies and then 20% other sweets- I appreciate mixes may vary but feel like a bit of false advertising on the variety!

Hey Lauren. I'm so sorry for the bad experience, thats not what we want.
We do quality control the mixtures to make sure there's a good variety in each batch.
We mix big batches of sweets and scoop them into pouches. Usually our customers are left super happy with the mixtures but something must have went wrong with yours so I'm sorry!

Thank you so much we are super happy you loved them! The biggest pouches we do at the moment are the giant pouches! It's hard to find bigger packaging in eco materials but we are always looking out for them! Or if you order pick and mix it can be as big as you want just in paper bags!

Amazing, guilt free sweets! It’s so nice to have such a wide variety of animal free sweets. I got some variety packs and they’re going to last me forever! It gives woolleys pick n mix and I’m so here for it. It’s honestly such a find, recommend 100%!

some of the sweets just weren’t right
some of the sweets just weren’t right, the strawberry straws/sticks were sandy in texture & some of the sweets were really dry like they’d been left out too long.

We are so sorry Georgia for the bad experience, so we can investigate further what are the strawberry strawbs / sticks? If I'm guessing correct and these are the flyers they are a old fashioned very dry liquorice like sweet.
Sorry for the bad order; we do make and pick each order fresh so I'm sorry that there's something not quite right on this order!
