Quick, Effecient, Kind, Great
In less that 15 minutes I felt seen, heard, immediately educated, thoroughly walked through a care plan--explained medication and why they were recommended and how it should treat my cat--then walked through any symptoms to watch for. Vet listened to additional details, concerns, gave excellent advice and then reminded me that all the notes about our session if needed would be available and how to get to them and read them. Meds are being ordered. I'll get them filed soon. Dr. Michelle Lapera was professional and made this first-time experience wonderful.

Easy to schedule appts fast and less stressful for my cat. My cat hates leaving the house and often becomes stressed, hissing and even fighting. This sometimes means I need to administer medication to calm her, which I really don't like. Fortunately, video appointments have made it much easier for her. I appreciate her being comfortable at home.
