Dr Michael Perry is exceptional.
Dr. Michael Perry is an exceptional veterinarian. He was incredibly professional, deeply knowledgeable, and showed amazing empathy and friendliness while treating my dog. He took the time to thoroughly go over all the details and issues, making us feel completely supported and cared for. The quality of the video call was good. It was not choppy or frustrating as many video sessions can be. I had slight audio issues where it would drop out randomly, but that was likely due to my Internet strength but the doctor was very patient.

La Dre Michelle est tout simplement adorable et extrêmement professionnelle.
Ma petite chienne présente des problèmes urinaires et, dès notre première consultation, elle a pris le temps de tout m'expliquer avec beaucoup de clarté et de bienveillance. Elle a été totalement transparente quant à ce qui pouvait être évalué à distance et aux limites de la consultation, ce que j'ai énormément apprécié.
Ses explications étaient très détaillées, faciles à comprendre et toujours données avec gentillesse et empathie. Elle a su répondre à toutes mes questions et me rassurer tout en demeurant très professionnelle.
J'espère sincèrement pouvoir la consulter de nouveau à l'avenir lorsque j'aurai besoin d'aide pour mes deux petites chiennes. Un immense merci à la Dre Michelle pour son écoute, sa transparence, son professionnalisme et sa grande gentillesse.
Je la recommande sans hésitation.
