Auto war ziemlich neu.
Rückgabe war unkompliziert und es gab einen Shuttlebus zum Flughafen.
Etwas ungewöhnlich war,dass wir bei der Abholung des Autos dieses, angeblich aus Versicherungsgründen, nicht eine Stunde früher abholen konnten.
Das Auto war schon bereit aber wir bekamen es trotzdem nicht.
Es empfiehlt sich ,darauf wird auch hingewiesen,das Auto komplett zu fotografieren.
So kann man bei der Rückgabe nachweisen,dass Schäden am Auto schon existieren.

vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung. In der Tat kann ein Fahrzeug nur zu dem Zeitpunkt übergeben werden, der in der Buchung angegeben ist. Wenn über den Vermittler eine Erstattung oder Zusatzdeckung abgeschlossen wurde, tritt dieser Schutz erst ab der im Voucher vermerkten Uhrzeit in Kraft. Bei einer früheren Übergabe wäre der Mietwagen in diesem Zeitraum nicht abgesichert, und eventuelle Schäden würden vom Broker nicht übernommen.
Ihr Hinweis zur Dokumentation des Fahrzeugs ist richtig – Fotos vor der Abfahrt schaffen für beide Seiten Klarheit. Wir freuen uns, dass der Rest des Ablaufs, einschließlich der Rückgabe und des Transfers, für Sie angenehm war.

Thank you for your review. While we're sorry to read your impression, we’d like to clarify a few key points that are important to us and to all future travellers.
Every vehicle is thoroughly inspected and cleaned before each rental. However, during peak periods with very short turnover times, a car may be delivered with minor external traces (like water spots or dust), particularly if it's just been washed and quickly dried. This does not mean it's considered “dirty” in operational terms.
Regarding damages, all visible dents are recorded and documented in the check-out report, which is shared and confirmed with the customer before departure. If anything was unclear or not properly noted, we always invite our guests to flag it before starting their trip — and many do, with full collaboration from our staff.
As for cleaning charges at return, we only apply them when the car is brought back in a condition that clearly exceeds ordinary usage — such as sand, stains or excessive dirt. This is never arbitrarily decided, and it’s always communicated in person, with full explanation.
We absolutely understand the importance of transparency and fairness, and we’re sorry if that didn’t come through clearly in your experience.
