Vevox has been great in getting us set up, and Dominic specifically made the experience seamless for us. We used it for an event and it was a success amongst our attendees. Would recommend.

The site is easy to use :)

The site is easy to use, user friendly and the ability to have a QR code to join the sessions and interact on whatever platform you use is great. The other key feature is the speed scoring which guarantees no ties at the end. The only drawback is the pricing could be a bit more competitive with the other programs out there.

I've been using Vevox for the past three years as part of my professional presentations and events, and it’s been a consistently excellent tool. Speedy response

Having managed to lock ourselves out of our account, with an urgent need for data from a couple of Vevox surveys we'd run, the team responded quickly and efficiently and we were back our account with minimum time lost.

Great Customer Service!

Smooth success

Our experience with Vevox went smoothly, from our first interaction with the Vevox team, to our execution of the tool, to our follow-up survey. The meeting attendees had no issue logging-on/opening Vevox - major success. This first impression with attendees and leadership encouraged more engagement throughout the meeting, sparked conversations afterwards, and led to lots of internal interest in the results and tool. The customization and controls in Vevox allowed for our specific needs to be met and therefore we were able to leverage the most out of our attendees participation. The data download output could be improved, we'd like to get more granular and have data visualization options.

Really facilitates unbiased polling results

Dominic was very helpful in introducing Vevox and setting me up for introductory seminars as well as answering my questions and pointing me in the right direction. This experience was totally different and much better than my previous experience with a different polling company. Vevox was easy to use inside of PowerPoint.

Brogan is the Best!

This review is long overdue. I attended the Beginner's Guide to Vevox with Brogan Milligan back in March just prior to a software trial. Her calm, professional demeanor and her easy mastery of the software helped me feel confident that I could easily implement Vevox into the leadership training I was conducting later that week. Making engaging on-line delivery

I first started using Vevox when Covid hit and all my face to face delivery moved on-line. Over time clients wanted to re-create the F2F experience. They wanted longer modules but without losing engagement. I tried various tools and have found Vevox ideal for my needs. It is easy to use and you can create banks of polls/questions/ free text options that allow me to monitor participation, and check understanding. Several years later, lots of the delivery is stil on-line and Vevox has been. Its easy for both the facilitator and participants - they can scan a QR code to access polls ( or you can share a link), browesr based. I'm a 'technophobe' and even I can use it.

A variety of ways to engage your audience

I love having ability to change the type of questions I can ask my audience. Using multiple choice, hot spot, and word cloud questions keeps them engaged and allows for “chunking” information for better recall.

We have been using Vevox for several…

We have been using Vevox for several years without any complaint and very succesfully.
The college licenses were educational and the AV department moved to a commercial company.
We stopped the license and offered the college the chance to renew themselves.
The college has decided to do this and will be in touch

Vevox experience was GREAT!

Good Morning Dominic,

Yes, it was very well received. I used it in my training session with 4 different questions embedded in our PowerPoint presentation. I had a couple issues, that were not program related rather user challenges. The QR code on the first slide made it very easy to answer the first question, but I didn’t have it on questions 2-4, and some people struggled. In the future, I thought I would print a “table tent” that would be on each table. Since our 4 sessions were conducted over the full day, people were using their phones, and they moved away from the original results.

All in all it was a great tool, and I’ve made the recommendation to our full training team that they purchase the software for next year. I would like to discuss this and pricing for the group sometime in the future. We would need more that 5 teams (maybe 10) to make it available to everyone. I’m also recommending that my district (central and western Nebraska) use for our 2-3 times a year assemblies, and monthly lunch & learn webinars. We could use the 5-team member’s license. We have an upcoming conference at the end of April, and I’ll be making the recommendation to add this expense to our upcoming 2025-26 budget.

Ps. I will also look at purchasing a license for my use for my University teaching use. Currently teaching 3 technology classes.
