They identified key customer groups within our mailing list and tailored personal flows that spoke directly to those groups.

We saw an immediate positive response as soon as the first email and SMS were sent out. Our open and clickthrough rates quadrupled due to their efforts.

Additionally, VEX Media Group created fantastic templates as well as really engaging content to go along with them.

Vex Media really pushed Logopony email marketing to the next level. Our email open rates and deliverability were low but these guys upped our open rates to the whopping 5% which led to the substantial increase in the email marketing revenue. Would totally recommend!
