Scam sites online

Never got my order so got a refund from PayPal. DO NOT PURCHASE.

Excellent people. Great service. Great prices

This is a scam site, order never received, seems the order was posted back to themselves. They responded that the order was on its way etc, trying to run the clock for refund via PayPal

Been waiting for delivery for 3 weeks, unable to contact company, when try to email says no site found. How come if they are scammers can they still advertise & take money ? I’m a pensioner who’s not tech savvy but surely this has been reported!!

Never received our order. Would NOT recommend anyone to do business with these thieves.

Been well over a month and still no order. 4 to 5 days my arse!
Tracking number in Chinese said it's being transported, but today even the tracking site was not functional.
I have been scammed I bet I can't get a reversal from PayPal either..
Don't deal with this mob..There are better genuine sites out there..

It's now been over a month since I paid for my order. I don't expect to ever get it. They say shipped in Australia within 2 to 5 working days. Prices were so cheap but I took the risk. Will never do it again. Charged extra for overseas transaction and was to be shipped from China so even if it got here would probably be found by border force.

After waiting nearly 4 weeks for 2 cartons, the email said delivered. Nothing was delivered. No photo proof of delivery. They said check with neighbours and the post office. The post office does not recognise the tracking number. They just take your money and ignore you. Stay away.

Been 3 weeks still haven't received my parcel I email them and reply whenever they want to then give me the same response your parcel is still in transit but I look at track my parcel and itd telling me it's at my local post office

Very disappointed with my outcome of purchasing 3 cartons from vexo ! Was charged 20$ for postage yet it said free postage when buying 2 cartons + . Also it's been 2 and a half weeks and l still haven't received my purchase !! Not happy!!!!

What I bought was different I quiet enjoyed great communication and postage was good will buy again

I placed my order and they say it'll take 2-3 days and that it's sent within 24 hours of receiving the order. I finally got my order today 10/3/26 I ordered 4 or 5 days ago. They kept saying they would send a tracking number and it was Auspost who sent it.
They are hard to communicate with and as a first time customer I don't think I'd deal with them again unless things were SUPER cheap
