Viable Power Opiniones

Arrived at 8.30.(some notice about that would be helpful). They just got on with it with no slacking. Good explanation at the end and help with the app set up. Tidied and cleaned up after themselves and were polite.

Very slick operation the scaffolders came the day before , neat , tidy and polite. The electricians and roofers came and again very neat and tidy explained everything to us including the app. Would recommend this local company.

Jason and his team at Viable Power are amazing - They went over and above what they needed to and always available to speak to. The support and engagement is far better than online companies - I would recommend them to anyone.

Professional company from start to finish Viable Power have made this whole experience for us easy and stress free, the team have done a fantastic job and we cannot thank them enough.
Once the DNO had been signed off it was plain sailing from there, day one the scaffolding went up, a couple of days later the Solar Panels were installed (12 of them) and the last day the inverter (H1-5kwh), battery (EP11-10kwh) and electrics were all installed. Once they had finished, the electricians showed us how to set the app up and everything was fully explained to us on how to use it, once you have it, you can’t stop looking it at it to see what you are gaining and what you have used so you can see what you are saving.
Everyone who came was super friendly, clean, tidy, professional and respectful.
I would 100% recommend Viable Power for all your Solar needs.

The installation was carried out in a timely and professional manner. Minimum disruption. This was on a new build and part of the planning conditions.
The system has far outweighed our expectations. Now looking forward to exporting electricity to the grid (more savings)!
All paperwork received and a full explanation of the system provided.
Thanks to you all at Viable Power.

From first enquiry to completion of fitting the service has been exceptional. Chris and Emma have been super helpful on the phone or email and the guys who came to fit my system were so polite and helpful I cannot thank them highly enough. The 2 who did the electrical fitting (sorry but can’t remember their names) were superb, and the roofers were excellent. I cannot recommend Viable Power Solutions highly enough.

Coming from a recommendation from a friend I was confident that Viable Power would be good but they've impressed at every step.

Both Chris and Nathan have been super helpful in working through the quote and arranging dates for the install. Whilst there was a slight delay owing to a mis-identified supply cable it was all worked through by the Viable team.

The electricians and roofers who came to do the install could not have been better. They were speedy, tidy, and polite. Once installed the system was fully explained to me and I'm just waiting on the last paperwork to complete the Export arrangements.

All in all I would recommend Viable Power without hesitation - for them to also have been the most competitive quote as well was a bonus!

The whole Viable team - engineers, admin and installers - made the process of getting solar panels, battery, etc., very easy. There was never any pressure, everything was explained and questions answered, the work happened when it was planned and any on-site installation issues were quickly resolved satisfactorily. It was a pleasure doing business with the Viable team.

The team at viable were super helpful, delivered what they said they would and passed me on to a great contact for ASHP's

Great installation. Guys were hard working, knowledgeable and cleaned up well. Would certainly recommend.

Good team of knowledgable people. Very good at communicating, reliable and responding very quickly to any concern. Tried to help and advise, even when the problem was not their fault. definitely worth recommending.

Viable Power installed solar panels and a battery at my house in October 2024.
Viable Power made several visits to the property prior to installation and gave invaluable advice on the arrangement of the solar panels and battery. I also had several phone conversations with Chris during which I was given lots of useful information.
The installation of the panels went very smoothly. The people who came on the days were polite, friendly and knowledgeable.
Post installation, they have provided answers to my queries promptly.

Very friendly and professional. Took the time to explain the system and made sure we were fully up to speed before leaving.

Thoroughly recommend Viable Power for Solar panel installation for residential property. Regular and clear communication throughout, good work on the install, carefully explained the system operating details and worked tidily & swiftly.
2 months in and system working flawlessly. Thank you VP

Jason and the team were professional and diligent from the start. On site, all efforts were made to help explain the process and any works were done without disruption, and with care. Thanks to Jordan and Brad for that. They also worked very well with our roofing team. In the office, Chris was on hand to guide us through the stages and helped with any questions. Patient and polite throughout - customer care is definitely high on their priorities. Would recommend without hesitation.

Good quotation for the total installation, and a good specification in response to our needs. Installers were attentive, responsive, extremely knowledgeable, efficient and courteous.
