Have been waiting for over a month for a spa hot tub to arrive. We've been scammed. Looks so legitimate same details as everyone else has put .emails bounce back all communication bounce back for every department.

Another report to advise sadly this company are a complete scam. I got a reply before I ordered assuring me of the warantee etc but exact same MO as others have reported, given tracking info from AGETP that says they’ve tried to deliver then ‘awaiting customer feedback’ item never arrives. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! There a reason the price seems too good to be true. It is. Absolutely gutted

Just to add to the other reviews, my ‘order’ has been strung along at the agetp tracking for weeks. I have realised that none of the contact details work. None of the viaforo contact details are working now either, ever email is bounced back.
AVOID!

Ordered a Berghaus Tent from them, price really was too good to be true, emailed before hand, lots of assurances etc.

As previous reviews, package via AGETP is fake, mine has currently 'passed customs clearance' at Edinburgh (like others), just now waiting for the 'failed deliveries'.

Dispute ongoing.

It is a scam !!!!!!!! Transport company is s scam says it's on its way but never arrives. Scam bank says company from Lithuania, company says Holland. Scammmmmm. Do not but from them

This is a SCAM. I can't believe we fell for it. My husband ordered 2 ovens at extremely good prices. Just like the other reviews there were daily tracking updates (over a month) from the Netherlands via Edinburgh showing customs clearance etc but then it showed 2 failed deliveries when we were at home and no one had actually attempted any delivery. I was even in the front garden at the time of one supposed attempt!
We tried emailing which bounced back, contacting them via the online form which failed and phoning the fake delivery company which was an unobtainable number. The tracking is now showing as on hold awaiting customer instruction!
The prices are too good to be true, so learn from our lesson.

I ordered a canon camera and was emailed an order confirmation and a delivery tracker from a delivery company called agetp.com from Netherlands. Updates virtually daily, parcel went from Rotterdam to Edinburgh then all over UK. 3 supposed deliver attempts but I have a camera and no delivery was attempted. All the email and phone details for both viaforo.com and Agetp.com doesn't exist. Luckily I received a full refund 6 days after my order from a German company. This is a scam company.

Exactly as the other reviewers have stated. A very good fake site and company. Scammers based in China with UK and no doubt USA operatives. Do not buy anything from this company. UnArt (German for bad behaviour) is the company in China that receives your money. Sophisticated Web site. Reporting to Google and UK Fraud

SCAM Alert this company doesn't exist order placed for a dyson vacuum unable to contact this company as item is nowhere to be seen. Please avoid these SCAMMERS at all costs .

I ordered a brand new canon camera for a very cheap price appeared as a sale but I've waited a month now but still it hasn't arrived
they assumed that they sent it with a delivery company called agetp.com from Netherlands but as it seems nothing arrived .
they fake that they attempted delivery and no one was in so they took it back to the depot.
even though I've got CCTV footage on my door and no one came.
all the details for contact, phone number and emails, everything comes back as doesn't exist.
and the number gets hung up immediately.
