Oszuści i złodzieje! najgorsza wypożyczalnia na świecie, nie zasługują nawet na 1 gwiazdkę! po ponad pół roku od wypożyczenia auta, rozliczenia się z firmą, nadal pobierane są środki z mojej karty bez podania żadnego powodu, poprostu sobie kradną pieniądze z kont klientów. Jeśli ktoś miał do czynienia z tymi złodziejami, blokujcie swoje karty!

Car was only two years old and in good condition, excellent pick up and drop off to Krakow airport, deposit refunded quickly when returned car after it was checked.

I rented multiple times with no issues whatsoever.
I only whished they were opened for longer as sometimes my flight lands after they close and I need to 'risk' other rental companies.

I use this service all the time. I had issues on my side being late, or returning car with a damage, despite that the crew always helped and accomodated me. The damage I made was priced very reasonably and everything has been handled great. I highly recommend this place! Prices are great and the people working there are wonderful!

Terrible experience with this company
Firstly, the car was dirty (supposedly the car wash wasn’t working that day) but the biggest issue was the car apparently had old tires and the second day the front left got exploded while i was at highway under normal speed luckily i got the car under control on the side of the road. I tried to call this company nobody was speaking English after 30 minutes i got to talk to one English speaking person from the insurance (i got the full insurance package) and after 2++ hours finally got the tow vehicle on site. This company refuses now to release my deposit assuming i got the car one way only and not full tank!! that’s insane how can i possibly fill up the tank and return the vehicle if its towed!!! i would not recommend this company because luck of good support and their policies are insane.

My experience was rather dissapointing with you guys. Firstly my car was booked for 8PM on Warsaw airport. My flight was slightly delayed, I landed 7:55 PM. I called the front desk right away and was told that they are closing 8:30PM and if I won't make it, than it's my problem. Luckily I went through baggage and passports quite quickly and made it to the office. I got the car ok however baby car seat that I ordered wasn't mounted in the car and the car park was almost 1km away so I had to walk with my baggage and infant son there carrying an extra weight. When I got the car all left side of it was covered in mud but hey I need a car to get me to my destination, didn't bother me that much. At the pickup I was informed that the office location is changing and I need to return the car somewhere else and will receive an email with directions. After 6 days; one day before return date I chased it as I didn't receive anything and was informed to return the car to the same location. I asked for the address of the car park as there are plenty around the airport and was told I will get it shortly but unfortunately I didn't. Next day few hours before I was due to drive back and return the car, I chased the address again, gentleman on the phone said he does not have the address of the return point and the best he can do is to send me a picture(!!) of QR code with location, due to lack of other options I said its OK. To no surprise at this point I didn't get that picture for few hours and I chased it again right before departure l, I got it an hour later when I was already on the road. I had only one phone so the QR picture was useless to.me at this point. When I got there some nice guy form the other rental place pointed me to correct carpark. Additionally to this I was told that noone will collect the keys at the car park and I have to bring those to the office, just what I need before the departure. After all I gave back the car ok. I hoped that this experience is already past me but turns out I was wrong. Yesterday I received and email saying that I will be charged 450zl cleaning fee because I returned the car extremely dirty. By the way a week rental plus baby car seat was 400zl total. I admit that there were some crumbs from my sons corns puffs on the seats. Email also said there was mud in the car and I got a picture of car mat !!! What a surprise that there is a little mud on a car mat in winter after a week of driving. I didn't know there was a policy that I have to return car in imecable condition even though I didn't receive iit like this in a first place, but my fault for not reading T&C maybe, however minimum hourly rate in Poland in 27.77zl which means that I was charged for 16h of labour(2 working days!!)for hovering the seats which is widely excessive.

Auto gehuurd en een dag later ingeleverd zonder schade. Krijg ik later te horen dat de wieldoppen beschadigd zijn. Helaas had ik hier geen foto’s van gemaakt dus kon ik niets bewijzen. Ik kan geen schade hebben gereden omdat ik niet langs de stoeprand heb geparkeerd. Voelt niet goed dit bedrijf

Proszę uważać, od ponad miesiąca nie mogę odzyskać kaucji która została pobrana. Pracownik oddziału w Warszawie powiedział że wszystko jest ok, ale pieniędzy nie ma, a pracownicy mnie ciagle zbywaja a nawet nie odbieraja telefonu.

Niestety auto było nieprzygotowane do odbioru o ustalonym czasie-podczas podpisywania dokumentow ktos pojechal je umyć - czekaliśmy 40minut..Pan zapomniał też dać biletu z parkingu i nie mogliśmy wyjechać- nie polecam!!

Wszystko pięknie i ładnie wygląda kiedy czytasz na stronie o wypożyczalni. Tanio i bezproblemowo. Problemy się zaczynają, kiedy dochodzi do odbioru samochodu. Biuro jest na lotnisku w Warszawie, ale parking, gdzie odbierasz auto to jest około 1 km. dalej. Czego nie piszą na stronie internetowej. Samochód nawet czysty, ale w czasie jazdy zauważasz, że nie działają spryskiwacze szyb. Samochód oddawałem rano 4.30, kluczyki miałem wrzucić do skrzynki, jaka jest koło biura w holu lotniska. I tak zrobiłem. Później czekałem 3 dni, aby otrzymać protokół odbioru samochodu. Musiałem aż 3 razy dzwonić i dopominać się o protokół odbioru samochodu. Aż w końcu po trzecim telefonie otrzymałem to mailowo. Miałem wykupione pełne ubezpieczenie auta, ale mimo to była pobrana pełna kaucja i zablokowano pieniądze na karcie. I dopiero przy odbiorze auta dowiaduję się, że pieniądze zablokowane na karcie jako depozyt, mogą być aż do miesiąca czasu. Przecież to jest jawne oszustwo, kiedy wszystko z autem jest ok. i mam pełne ubezpieczenie to więc dlaczego nie zwalniają blokadę karty? Tak że nikomu nie polecam tej wypożyczalni. Obsługa to młodzi chłopcy, którzy jak się dzwoni to wszystko wysłuchają i nic nie mogą więcej. Najgorsza wypożyczalnia z jakiej do tych czas korzystałem.

They charged me 475 euros for a mysterious “bump” on the roof of the car. No idea how that bump appeared and they were unable to find leather boots I left in the back seat - mysteriously disappeared. Bravo !

Nie polecam.
Brak możliwości wpłacenia depozytu kartą debetową( w takim przypadku trzeba wykupić dodatkowe, obowiązkowe ubezpieczenie, o czym nie informują wcześniej).
Auto nie miało pełnego baku paliwa. I było porysowane, co nie było zaznaczone w protokole.
Na zwrot kaucji można czekać nawet do 1 miesiąca. Nieporozumienie.

STAY AWAY. Scammy practices.
I had a car booked at Warsaw Airport at 9:00 am on Saturday morning from Viaggiare Rent. My flight was delayed so I was at their office at 9:40 am. The office was closed and the door stated Saturday opening at 10:00am. I figured I will wait 20 minutes. After 10:00am still nobody was showing up so I called the number on the door. The told me to wait 20 minutes. When they came in, the clerk told me in arrogant way that my car has been cancelled since I haven’t showed up at 9:00am. He told me that he would still rent me the car but at the higher rate plus my deposit would be gone from my previous booking.
It feels to me that they quickly cancelled my booking after 9am so that they could charge me higher rate when I come in late. I’ve been renting cars for over 15 years in United States and something like this is unheard of. How can their office be closed on the International Airport on the busy Saturday morning.
So they are cancelling booking because people are an hour late ? that’s ridiculous. What about late flights, it’s an Airport !
I called Wisecars to at least get my deposit back and to my surprise Wisecars wouldn’t offer my deposit back since they told me I was late. Stay away from both Wisecars and Viaggiare rent.
If you read other reviews, you will see but people have similar experiences and their common practices include:
1. Cancelling bookings if people arrive little late so that they could offer a car at double rate.
2. Very unfriendly and arrogant staff
3. Office closed during busy times
4. They try to charge damage to the car that people didn’t cause.

Pre-booked a car for collection at Warsaw Chopin. They knew what flights we were on and what time we'd arrive to collect. Arrived on time but queued for nearly an hour at the collection desk as they were INCREDIBLY slow (there was only one other customer ahead of us in the queue!). When we got to the desk they claimed that we were late (despite the fact they'd clearly seen us join the queue!) so they'd cancelled the booking and we'd have to rebook at a higher price. The new price was double what we'd booked for and we lost the initial reservation fee as well. We then had to wait around for another hour for the car. All the customers who arrived to collect while we were there were told the same thing, their bookings had been cancelled. Terrible service - basically scam like behaviour honestly.

Edit: It gets better - we are now actually trying to leave the carpark and have been charged an additional parking charge to leave. Avoid these scammers at all costs!

Edit: have now reviewed entire terms and conditions also - there's absolutely no mention anywhere that even if we HAD been late, the booking would be cancelled after one hour. So just one to bear in mind because if anyone was still considering using this 'service' for an airport pickup, if your flight is delayed or it takes extra time getting through security, bye bye reservation!

I would like to recommend Viaggiare to anyone who come to Warsaw business or Leidure time , this because of their Service , Friendly Employees Experienced in their information.

For example :

I came a little bit to late for the pick up due of a delay on my flight.
When entering the office of Viaggiare the attendant told that he allready checked my flight and was aware that there was a little delay

After the registration , collecting the car was a piece of cake 2 minutes walk with the explanation and what a beautifull car !!

A tip from my side regarding the insurance to future customers , take the insurance through Viaggiare
If you use a broker ( Carjet or another )and something happens there is a lot to take care of while Viaggiare have a perfect all-in insurance

I can state this because i had a small problem , i left Warsaw and on the highway i got a splashing stone against my front window from my predecessor
I know nothing you can do about it
Coming back to the insurance from Viaggiare and solution no problem !!

Again This company for me is highly recommended for all the above

Witam serdecznie

W zeszłą niedzielę miałam tam rezerwację ale niestety została anulowana po tym jak mój samolot z Holandii został opóźniony .
Naprawdę kiepska postawa tego biura ponieważ nie dostałam od nich żadnej informacji. Ja zadzwoniłam i dopiero się dowiedziałam od pana . Mieli mój numer lotu i nie sprawdzili .

Firma nieodpowiedzialna i bez poszanowania dla klienta. Wypożyczyłam samochód 21 grudnia z całym zaufaniem do firmy. Nie pytałam czy samochód posiada opony zimowe czy na każdą porę roku, uważałam, że skoro wynajmuje samochód w okresie zimowym to jest to logiczne a przede wszystkim obowiązkiem tej firmy jest satysfakcja klienta i pełne bezpieczeństwo. Niestety okazało się inaczej!!!!!
Wróciłam na drugi dzień do firmy, kiedy pogoda się pogorszyła i prawie 2 razy wylądowałabym w rowie, ponieważ po telefonie do firmy Viaggiare rent okazało się że mam LETNIE OPONY!!!!!! I ONI NIE MAJĄ ŻADNEGO OBOWIĄZKU MNIE O TYM ANI UPRZEDZIĆ ANI ICH ZMIENIĆ!!!!!! To ja się Państwa pytam! W jakim kraju my żyjemy, że Pod za okresu zimowego firma wypozyczajaca samochód nie ma obowiązku zadbać o bezpieczeństwo klienta. SKANDAL I SKANDALICZNE ZACHOWANIE!!!!! Wynajęłam samochód na tydzień, oddałam na drugi dzień - nie została mi zwrócona kwota pieniężna około 1000zl!!!!! Oczywiście napisałam reklamację, po czym została odrzucona, znaleźli malutki kruczek w kwestii że przy wynajmie samochodu podpisałam dokument o tym, że oni nie mają żadnego obowiązku zmienić opon - serio.
Oszuści z całą tego czynu świadomością!
Powiem Państwu jedno, nie z wróciliście mi pieniędzy..... Ale karma istnieje i nie będę życzyć nikomu źle.... Ale życzę powodzenia co do przyszłych klientów.
Nigdy więcej.
Pierwszy raz spotkałam się z taką firma.

Ich habe im Winter ein Mietauto mit Sommerreifen bekommen. Es war Schnee auf den Strassen. Wenn es mir nicht gefällt, muss ich es nicht nehmen. Ein paar Tage vor Weihnachten stand ich also für die gesamte Ferienzeit ohne Auto da. Und in letzter Minute und vor Ort etwas zu mieten, war unglaublich teuer!
PS. In Polen sind die Winterreifen nicht obligatorisch.

Moga dzialac tez pod nazwa NU I Maja tylko kartke w szybie . Znajduja sie na odlotach na antresoli na lotnisku Chopin . Omijajcie ich szerokim lukiem taniej wyjdzie taxi albo uber
