Deze mail kreeg ik van VIAJES TARA naar aanleiding van een bemiddeling van TUI-Spain.
Good morning, I'm Daniel from Viajes Tara company. I was talking with excurions department from TUI Spain and they told that you have a problem with your film cause it's empty.
So we are going to make this afternoon when cameraman finish the excursion your new replacement. Then if it's possible attach me your address and we can send by Post Office, nrmaly between 3-4 business days it will be there. I'm so sorry for this inconvenience, we are thinking that maybe it was a mistake when the film was recording in the computer. Thank you so much for your patience. Best regards
