FANTASTIC COMPANY 5* SERVICE …
I needed a Bridging Loan for a complex development I was constructing and a friend recommended Vibe Finance. I spoke on the phone to Kim and explained my complex case to her and she gave me a full brief of what was required and from whom she could secure the funds. Bearing in mind I had tried 3 other companies who were not able to secure the funds for my project, regardless of stating they could, Kim managed to secure the funding for the project within 3 weeks. Her communication with me was first class and the girls who support her were in constant touch so that I was kept fully appraised. This enabled my project to go forward and succeed. Vibe Finance were absolutely first class and I would most highly recommend them to others and I certainly will be using Vibe Finance for all my future project funding. .

Breath of fresh air!
Working with Kim and the team at VIBE has been a breath of fresh air. Applications always move at pace because they are all incredibly efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Not having to worry about this side of my business means I can get on with other pressing matters. I thoroughly recommend VIBE.

Applying for a mortgage through VIBE…
Applying for a mortgage through VIBE finance is a world apart from applying for a mortgage with anyone else. Their proactive communication, chasing myself, the lender and everyone else sets them apart in their field. The clarity of their communication takes the stress out of the whole process. Finally a mortgage broker who speaks the same language as me. 10/10. Thanks so much.

Vibe stayed on top of the "problems" raised by the lenders solicitors mainly due to the solicitors lack of understanding of the situation.
