Purchased NEO Aug. 6,2025. Today is Sept. 21,2026. Long story short. Loved it had no complaints. Bought it to travel between 7 stores I have to inspect 2x a year. This was to be the 3rd, so, not a lot of use. Got a flat 20+ blocks from my 1st store. That’s correct a FLAT!! These “never worry about a flat” rear tires!! That alone is reason for a poor score. But wait there’s more…. I’m coming up on a week of them not contacting me. You can get better tech support or customer service from temu. So much for buying from a U.S. company.

This company WILL NOT stand behind its products.

They have horrendous customer service. When I reported a problem to them, their initial response was to blame me for riding the Scooter at its stated maximum speed capacity.

Then, they stopped responding AT ALL to my requests for service. They wouldn't even respond to a request for a price estimate for repairs.

They have all kinds of promises of "lifelong service" and "being there every step of the way" for their customers posted on their website.

It turns out that those are all false and disingenuous promises. Buyer beware with this company.

My shipment was taking 2 weeks to ship, so I messaged them asking to cancel, even though you could only do that in the first 8-hours of ordering, but they cancelled it, and I got all my money back.

I ordered one of their longboard pros on the 5th December and it sill hasn't been shipped. There is no way to contact the company to find out what has happened. I was told shipping would take 3-10 days.

I'm wondering if the company has gone into administration or something. Save your money and don't buy from this company!

I bought the Neo Scooter based on an Insta/social media ad, but it didn't at all live up to the promises in terms of hill climbing ability, power and battery life. So I returned the scooter, but they refunded me far less than the full purchase price (so I lost over $130). When the product doesn't live up to the hype and wastes the customer time, it's egregious to also waste their money by charging them the cost of return shipping, restocking fees, etc.
