The AI is great, but the cancellation button is broken and the Discord link is expired. I've emailed support with no response. I need my subscription cancelled immediately so I'm not charged again

Really do appreciate the service. However, I got a little bit of a hard time refunding my money for the service that has not been used until Emman helped me out and refunded full price.

Software itself was effective and easy to use, after having a slight issue with payment and cancellation processes, the support team was fast to respond and dealt with the problem both generously and diplomatically. Would use again, and would recommend 100%.

I am rating my experience 5 stars because I subscribed to a free trial of viblo and I was very happy with all of their different features and everything however my phone charging port happened to stop working and when I got it fixed I had been charged for the subscription I emailed the viblo team and I was very stressed out because I don’t have that kind of money and they sorted it out in less than a day and were so cooperative and kind and they also gave me a full refund thankyou so much to the team at viblo

Scam scam scam. I am the father of an underage child who has signed up for the service. She is not authorized to subscribe and cannot sign a contract legally. They need to immediately cancel the account and cease and desist attempts to charge.

The cancel process is not clear and the only c9ntact email for support is undeliverable. There is no conspicuous cancel process from the dashboard from my review. Please advise if different, but this appears to be an underhanded tactic I am happy to advertise this publicly here.

I am unable to access my account, despite having paid for a monthly subscription. The support team responded to my problem promptly, and I am getting a refund for the issue. Furthermore, it is a good software to create shorts.

It turns out that I wanted to cancel my payment and get my money back, I sent them an email and thinking that it would be a hassle to get it back, the support responded incredibly quickly and well, it is something that is really appreciated a lot, greetings to Emman from the support team.

I asked for a refund on the subscription and i got it because i forgot to cancel it. They responded withing a day. Really good service
