I went in to get setup in a bit of a rush and unfamiliar with the systems. The customer service and chatbot both helped me get used to things and understand what I needed to do, including changing my incorrect plan into what I actually need, and solving some minor problems for me quickly.

The adult-centric mission statement is reassuring to me as the webmaster of an adult site who's become increasingly vulnerable to sudden takedowns and censorship problems, and any site that puts adult first feels a rare reassurance for the long term.

Now I'm all setup and everything seems to be working well i'm happy to continue using with confidence!

I paid for Vicetemple’s service, but I never received the promised server access or theme authorization. I submitted a support ticket and waited, but after 20 days there was still no solution, no proper response, and no explanation.

The customer support experience has been extremely disappointing. Their website makes many claims about excellent service, but after payment, my experience was completely different. It feels like once they receive your money, customer support becomes unavailable.

What is even more frustrating is that my support ticket was removed instead of being properly addressed. A company’s attitude toward customers is often revealed when problems occur, and my experience with Vicetemple has shown a serious lack of responsibility and communication.

I strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing Vicetemple products think carefully before spending money. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this platform.

We were looking for a hosting service for our company and decided to give ViceTemple a try. We started with shared hosting initially, but as our business demands grew, we upgraded to VPS service. The ViceTemple team has been super helpful in moving our data and making sure everything was in working order.

The team is very responsive, and tech support worked with us on multiple occasions, helping handle custom requests, such as firewall setup. Overall, we're very happy with the service and highly recommend it!

The theme was tested on a clean WordPress installation

PHP 7.4 was used, exactly as required by the vendor

No plugins were installed, default settings only

Activating the theme caused a fatal error and broke the WordPress admin panel

WordPress sent an automatic crash email clearly pointing to the theme’s own file (functions.php) as the source of the error

The same issue was reproducible on PHP 8.x as well

Despite providing screenshots, crash logs, and detailed explanations, support repeatedly:

Ignored the provided error evidence

Asked for FTP access instead of addressing the reproducible issue

Claimed there was “no proof”, even though WordPress itself reported the error

As a result, the theme was completely unusable and I had to switch to a different theme just to keep my website online.

What’s most disappointing is that despite clear technical evidence:

No solution was provided

No refund

Not even a goodwill credit was offered

Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious if they expect proper technical support when issues occur.

When I get revved up to edit videos, VICE TEMPLE, being on the other side of the earth from me, can cause anxiety. Nevertheless, they help handle my issues with grace. Whenever I give the problem, Mostly Aleksy or Guillaume always cut through. When I'm most frustrated, hating my lack of tech skills, I love when they step in.

Great theme but also great support, very fast, very professional, do help in any case, you have a problem. Fully recommend it!

I had high hopes for the PornX WordPress theme(which they didn't disclose on their website) from Vicetemple, but it turned out to be a huge letdown. The script is full of bugs, the documentation is outdated or completely lacking, and support is slow and unhelpful. For something marketed as a premium solution, it feels more like a half-finished beta.

Basic features either don’t work as expected or require tons of manual fixing. Importing and embedding content is a nightmare, and any customization feels like you're fighting against the theme rather than working with it.

Worst of all, the promised "automated plugins" are broken . For the price I paid, I expected a lot more polish and reliability.

Not worth the money – I regret the purchase and would not recommend this to anyone serious about building an adult site.

I've been working with Vice Temple for about a year now, hosting both my website and videos for a members area. While the beginning was a bit rough—mainly due to email server issues that even forced me to delay my launch—I have to say that things have improved dramatically since then.

Looking back, the initial problems weren't that serious in themselves, but as a non-native English speaker, I sometimes struggled to explain things clearly, which led to a few misunderstandings. That said, the support team was always patient, professional, and usually responded within hours—almost always within 24 hours.

Since the launch, everything has run smoothly and reliably. My clients are happy, and so am I. What I especially appreciate is that the support team not only helps with technical questions but has also done small extra tasks for me that other providers usually charge for. That level of service means a lot.

I also really like Vice Temple’s confident and open approach to adult content—it's clear that you're truly welcome here. After some early bumps in the road, I honestly couldn’t imagine running my business without Vice Temple anymore. I’m looking forward to continuing our successful partnership.

Absolutely the worst provider of any service ever.

You have 10 days to pay your monthly invoice, if you don’t pay it in 10 days, they don’t disable your server, they delete it.

Add to this the fact that they DO NOT have any way to auto pay your monthly bill, so if you’re really busy and you somehow over look your payment, you are screwed.

Never mind all the work that goes into setting up and populating a website, over years of uploading thousands of videos and assigning descriptions, they just delete it all.

I addition to which the servers are clunky and often drop offline.

STAY AWAY, DO MOT RECCOMEND AT ALL!!!

I am super satisfied with the performance and overall network speed.
I haven’t noticed any downtime and backups are regular and reliable.

Vice are great, top notch products along with high class fast support throughout the way using their products! One of the best companies in the adult industry when it comes to tech products !

Worst support ever. They shut down my hosting, and continue sending me invoices. I've always paid all invoices even with my hosting suspended (because of bad code uploaded, as they said). They didn't got my money back, didn't wanted to reopen my hosting, and not even a backup they provided.
Each ticket message takes more than one month to be answered, and even the live chat doesn't work.

Worst hosting ever.

honesty this is my first time doing an adult website and i could not of chose better going with vice temple i mean they have everything from a full package with everything you need from pages on how to do it from the package to awsome support team that helps you so fast they will go right on your account and do anything you need so all begginers and professionals you found it your destination lets gooooo

When you start the chat, first ask you to have your mail, and after No answer,
Finally the chat it closed du to long user inativity.
I tried with 2 differnt mail, and always the same.
It's like more a fake chat, just to can have mail of people

Vicetemple was ever so patient with me as I finally turned pro and completed my first adult site. When they sign at the end of an email that they “are there for you” they mean it! I tried several-Vicetemple is the best!! You can trust them.

After 12 years in the industry, the day has come for me to hang my boots and call it quits with my career.
