Vicky is such a creative and innovative mind. Her ability to view something from a wide lens whilst really understanding all of the small details is inspiring. She’s always been a real pleasure to work alongside and I have learnt so much from her leadership style.

This article has brought up some interesting points about ageism.
This is especially true with people who have internalised their beliefs that they are too old to work. We have as a society been brainwashed by negative and cultural stereotypes that adopt self limiting behaviours. I thought this article was a very thought provoking and engaging article.

My experience with Vicky has been great! She’s an incredibly talented and knowledgeable coach. Vicky has supported me to develop my leadership skills and confidence. Improving my ability to reflect and have a deeper self awareness. I am applying what I have discovered both in my personal and professional life, which was a goal.
