I purchased a bar trolley nearly four months ago, and it still hasn’t arrived. Every time I’ve inquired over the past three months, I’ve been told it’s held up in customs, which I find increasingly hard to believe given the length of the delay. To make matters even more frustrating, two months after my purchase, I received a text asking for feedback on the product and service, even though I hadn’t received the item. This lack of communication and accountability has been extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I would never order from this company again and would caution others to think twice before doing so. I believe this is a scam!
If I could give this company less than one star I would. I ordered one item back in January and still have not received the package (mid March). Shipping was advertised as 7-10 business days for small items. Where is it? No communication or updates on what was happening until I sent a follow up email. Still no item. Will it ever come? Buyer beware.

We recently purchased natural stone bathroom accessories from Victoria Queen, and we are absolutely thrilled with our order.
The quality and detailing of the products are exceptional. Even better in real life than in the photos. The stone has a beautiful finish, and you can genuinely feel the craftsmanship. They have already elevated the overall look of our bathroom.
What truly stood out, however, was their customer service. Jasmine assisted us with a minor sizing misunderstanding on one of the items and responded promptly with a clear and generous resolution. The issue was handled immediately and professionally, which gave us great confidence in the brand.
It’s rare to find both premium product quality and such attentive client engagement. We’re very impressed and would definitely recommend Victoria Queen.

BUYER'S BEWARE.!!! This is a Drop Shipping business, the business essential does not exit in the real world, NO Communication, NO ability to make contact, NO shipping information for months. Just turned up at our door step months later with no communication. The electronics didn't even have Australian plugs they were Chinese & did not work once an adapter was added. Quality for what we paid & what was sent to us were worlds apart. DO NOT BUY from these people, this is a SCAM.!!!

Thankyou for your response. Unfortunately, as you as well aware, it is inaccurate. Council plans were provided showing clearly that the delivery was placed on council land, and not on my property. The fact that the council contacted me and threatened fines also confirms this.
This was all discussed with you by email, and you rejected the council plans, preferring to take the fact that the public road was tiled to be evidence that the public road was my property.
In addition, as I informed you by email, the courier company neither informed me of a date of delivery, nor notified me when the delivery was being placed on the public road. I was actually in the house at the time of delivery, and had they bothered to knock, I could have informed them that the package could not be left there.
I am frankly disgusted that this is even an issue. You have explicitly violated your own terms and conditions as you state them, and still refuse to take responsibility.
The Victoria Queen website appears to be a UK website when accessed from the UK so it is reasonable for customers to believe they are protected by UK law. Please be aware that Victoria Queen does not adhere to UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, it is intentionally misleading about its curbside only delivery policy, it partners with unprofessional and unethical local courier companies and the 14-day 'change of mind' right that UK consumers have is not respected. Thankfully I have never experienced anything like this before. I have learnt a very expensive lesson. I have lost over £1,000 which is what I paid for a chair that cannot be delivered without paying almost £400 more to a dreadfully unprofessional local courier company and Victoria Queen will not accept a return. Please be careful.
After waiting four months, yes, you read that correctly, four months, for the makeup vanity, I got two messages in broken English telling me that I had “a delivery from China” coming and asking me follow a link to set up delivery. I ignored them running that it was spam. Turns out it was the vanity. I was out of town but we were able to let them in to deliver to our garage. It was set up while i was still away and turns out a leg is bent. It was over $2k and I have seen better quality from IKEA. The tiny drawers hold next to nothing, do not move smoothly, and are unlined and unsealed wood. I honestly have no idea what I will do with this piece but I do not that I’ll never trust Victoria Queen again.
This company is a scam!
I ordered a gift three weeks ago and I’m still waiting for it to arrive. After countless emails, it appears the parcel has only been sent out today.
They claim to be Melbourne-based on their website, but that is simply not true, as the parcel is coming from China, not Australia. Their “fast shipping” promise and the delivery timelines they advertise are completely misleading.
I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. This was meant to be a present, and the delay has ruined the whole experience. I would never order from this company again.

Extremely poor service. At this stage l haven’t received my product and l have written 3 emails and no reply. Seriously they don’t care. Just checking as l think they might be a scam.

Disappointed and blindsided by Victoria Queen’s delivery process.
I spent over $15,000 with Victoria Queen, expecting premium service to match the premium price. Instead, I received a last-minute phone call with no prior email or text, informing me that my furniture would arrive the next day, while my house wasn’t even ready to move into. I had to scramble to arrange storage and pay out-of-pocket for it.
I specifically requested delivery after 2 pm, but the driver arrived at 11:50 am, forcing me to leave work unexpectedly. The only professional part of the experience was the driver himself.
The worst part? The furniture came in massive wooden crates—not standard cardboard or plastic. These crates had to be dismantled just to fit into storage, and I had to pay hundreds of dollars to have them professionally removed. At no point during the purchase or checkout was this disclosed. Their website and shipping policy make no mention of this packaging, and their response was dismissive, claiming it’s “standard practice.”
I’ll be posting photos in "product review" so future customers know what to expect. If you’re considering buying from Victoria Queen, be prepared for hidden costs, poor communication, and a lack of transparency. Beautiful furniture, yes—but the service experience was deeply disappointing.

Do not go anywhere near this business. High-end prices for low-end service and products. They are neither competitive nor competent as an online business. For a small homeware item ($180 plus $15 shipping), they took 6 days to “clear” PayPal payment, and 14 days before item collected by Australia Post. Parcel arrived with damaged packaging because item carelessly stuffed into too small a postal bag. Customer service refuses return and refund. Best guess is they source cheap quality goods from third-party vendor after they have sat on your money for a bit, and have that third-party do the shipping. This business deserves to fail.

Very bad quality of the furniture . They let it make in China and it looks very sheap. I payed 2000 euro’s for a chair that was not the color that was showed on the website and also the materials are different then promised. I complained , but they say that they can’t do anything about it . I may not return the chair and they don’t give back the money !!!!
