I have appreciated my time with Videoanimationinc. I found them to be pleasant and sincere. I have valued their expertise and am very pleased with the final video product. It was designed for a political purpose - and was a bit tough. But they listened and we landed in a good spot.

I would have gone 5 stars versus 4 except for one reason. The time between steps, corrections and communications was sometimes excessive.

That said, I appreciate their patience with my part of the puzzle. I am grateful for their touch and hope to use their service again.

I was very skeptical at first, how could anyone make a video without really understanding our business and services. However, i need not worry as the team, lead by Cheryl Youhanna did an amazing job. we are so happy with the outcome. We had a few reruns but there was never an issue! I highly recommend this company for anyone who is thinking about having an 'explainer' video to advertise their business to clients via Social Media or on their website.

The lady in charge of my video was most helpful and patiently complied with all the changes I asked for during its development phase!

This was the first time we decided to use video to get our message out there and thought we would try Videoanimationinc. We are delighted with our final product and despite all the changes we made along the way the team remained helpful and focused. We will do it again!

The process from script to choice of voice, to choice of style and then to first draft was very smooth. The when we wanted to personalise the animation style to graphics that we own it was done beautifully and with a great sense of our style. Last minute edits and music choices were easy.

I am a new customer of Video Animation Inc. With any new projects, the expectations between the parties might differ, especially as it is done via remote/impersonal nature of the Internet. So while we had a bump at the start, what is most important to me is the commitment of the people to the job and to ensure customer satisfaction - i.e. the efforts and the final results is what counts most. I had the pleasure of seeing how the team leader had taken the project, turn it around and ensure satisfaction. This is far better than a smooth ride - when all work first time there it is hard to gauge the commitment - the alternative shows that it is a company that you re can rely on to ensure customer satisfaction. This is far more valuable. I appreciate their commitment, hard work and the desire to ensure customer satisfaction.

I would like to noted my appreciation to the team at Videoanimation INC.
We are based along way away in Australia and was very apprehensive to engage a company on the other side of the world.
My concerns were unwarranted.
Communication channels established with Cheryl Youhanna were always reliable and prompt.
The video was to a budget and what I received as a final product was very suitable and have been well received by our customers.
This was our first production and we are now planning our second.

While the ability to sign up and Pay was easy, getting work completed was not. My account manager left one day after I signed up. I gave examples of the items I wanted. Once we figured out they could not do it(without significant upcharges), they told me I had to wait 60 days to get the funds back, which is ridiculous. When I mentioned I was unhappy and would let others know of my experience the agent started accusing me of threats and punishing me, very unprofessional. STAY AWAY.

Video Animation was extremely responsive to feedback and made several changes to our video to ensure we were 100% happy.
