These guys using shopify free $20 credit to purchase com domain. As a result shopify suspend their domain, or they use those purchased domain to get more free $20 credits. Totally scam don't buy

I got a domain from them, they did changed the nameservers at starting but soon they change it back and i have no option to take it back, thier website don't work, you can't add dns records from thier website, you can't directly change nameserver from thier website they don't even reply back, totally a scammer website don't buy anything from them

Maine VidoHost se domain liya tha, but mujhe proper service nahi mili. Na hi domain mila. Support se response nahi mila aur account block kar diya gaya. Experience unsatisfactory raha, users ko purchase se pehle verify kar lena chahiye.

SCAM ALERT: Vidohost Hijacked my .com Domain & Blaming Tucows! (Case Update 11-05-2026)

I am writing this updated review on Monday, May 11, 2026, to warn everyone again. Vidohost is a FRAUD. After I exposed them publicly for hijacking my domain toolkitfreetrial.com, they finally unblocked me today only to tell more lies. They are now trying to shift the blame onto Tucows, claiming the domain was "terminated." This is a blatant lie to hide the unauthorized clientUpdateProhibited lock THEY placed on my asset.

They even had the audacity to offer me a different domain extension, trying to bait-and-switch me after I spent 22 days of manual labor building my original site.

They have now asked for a 12-hour window to "fix" the issue. I am giving them this final chance, but my ICANN case (#01603605) and Tucows compliance tickets are active.

Do not trust Vidohost. They are digital thieves.
