My flight from Skopje to Eindhoven was delayed for almost 4 hours and were only informed after we had already checked in. With Vidora I managed to get a very good compensation. Great service, my flight was delayed 8 hours from London to Podgorice and I applied to Vidora for a refund. After 3 months I received the refund of 70% estimated. I am very nice and very happy with the refund and service. for any case we may have in the future (me or my friends) I will trust Vidora to work for my refund if my next flight is longer than 3 hours.

Great service, my plane got postponed 6 and a half hours in Hamburg going to Tirana, and I applied at Vidora to ask for a refund. After 3 months I got the refund of 70% of the value. I am very satisfied, and I trust Vidora to work on my refund if another plane trip of mine gets postponed for more than 3 hours.

First of all I will recommend Vidora 100%, and this is for some reasons.
1. It was my first experience and Vidora made it super easy.
2. The team had always replayed to my question and concerns fast.
3. They are problem solving people and they offered me the best solution.
SUMM. In the end I received more money that the costs for my tickets.

Great experience!

First of all i applied for money back because my flight was delayed more than 3 hours, after 3 weeks they sent me email asking me for my bank details and telling me that they will give me 70% back which was still good money around £250 (my tickets was cheaper than that). BUT i never opened that email
Probably i didn’t see it. 7 months after i completely forgot about that and i received another email with gentle reminder for the bank details. i see that email and send my bank details and 2 daya later money are on my bank account! Just wow. I like how fast they are and how they try to contact you more times to give you money back even if you don’t respond… thank you
