I've worked with this agency on countless projects, and they basically kickstarted a killer career in UGC for me. Brands are awesome, communication is great and easy, and they've got to be my favorite UGC platform I've used, from someone who's tried almost all platforms on the market!

Unprofessional communication in regards to account removal.

The platform is amazing, everything about it is pretty self explanatory and the creators are awesome. I did use their managed service which is so much easier and elijah & his team literally did everything from sourcing to negotiations all the way till the final videos. 100% recommend no other UGC platform or service comes close I swear.

Had a good experience trying this platform once. The creator was easy to work with and provided good result.

The platform dashboard UI/UX is not the most intuitive in my opinion, I can't tell you why, it's just a bit confusing.

I also didn't like that you have to pay a high monthly fee just to be in the platform, I would rather a per project kind of deal.

I didn't use the platform for six months and didn't realize I've been paying a lot each month. However, I contacted them, Elijah the co-founder was very kind and gave a full refund of all 6 months of the unused payments.

I think I would consider using them again in the future

As a full time creator Vidovo has been the best UGC platform I've found! I actually get work on here where as other platforms I'll spend time applying for many campaigns and never hear back. The processes are super easy and streamlined and the brand on here are always super cool!

Amazing platform. This is seriously my solution to getting UCG content. Before Vidovo I had to individually find and DM creators who wouldn't answer half the time. Now they come to me and I get to choose pricing. I've gotten 5 videos so far, and they have all been perfect. For 2 of them I had little changes so I messaged the creators and they fixed them for me- both after 10 mins of sending the message. Super reliable platform. Just subscribed to a bigger plan.

This is my first time getting UGC from them and I cannot put into words how well they executed on this. I have tried other agencies before and they were just ok videos, you did not pay for what you got. On the other hand Vidovo is it! First video came out genuinely perfectly and also was delivered very quickly. Also cannot beat the support/updates I was able to receive. Will definitely be ordering from them again in the future, (Hint: Give them a try!)
