We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.

We respectfully disagree with several statements made in this review. Throughout our correspondence, we remained in regular contact, provided updates regarding your shipment, and, after identifying a warehouse issue, sent a replacement shipment at our own expense.

When you later reported that the item was defective and missing components, we asked that it be returned so we could inspect and verify the reported issue. Unfortunately, the item was never returned, so we were unable to determine whether the product was defective or incomplete as claimed.

We take product quality and customer satisfaction seriously and are always willing to investigate and resolve genuine issues.
