They really promise and deliver and the best part is they are available 24*7 to answer all your queries. Some may find it expensive but I would say it's value for money. Do not go through dodgy websites or scammers. They charge a decent amount but they deliver quick and with best results.

My credit card payment was not accepted for payment. Emailed them with my application nu E250405NZLLT74167530.made an inquiry through the website" no reply". Bad customer service.
Had to get an emergency visa and pay a recdiculus amount of money. Then again my creditcard was not acepted. Lucky the agent i was dealing with sent another type of invoice and my creditcard was accepted. Are very bad stressful situation. This whole process could have been avoided with better customer service and newer software that accepts all credit cards. Never had a problem paying with my credit card anywhere else in veitnam. Just the government visa department. Appranty this happened to lots of travelers. The veitman visa dept, needs to get a better system in place if they want tourists to have good experience.

We hadden een fout staan in het e-visum van mijn partner voor Vietnam en kon hierdoor niet inchecken voor mijn vlucht naar Hanoi (via Doha). Na googelen contact gekregen met Ms Daisy van Indochina Suntravel. Binnen 10 minuten een brief waardoor ik kon inchecken en bij aankomst stond een medewerker van Indochina klaar om het visum in orde te maken. Kosten 250 dollar maar was het helemaal waard. Helemaal top. Nogmaals bedankt.

Was not at all happy about having to pay for the second visa, because of Vietnams government visa website, which is so difficult to navigate, and I hear this is a daily occurrence, , and your service is required daily.regards your services I have no complaints other than the high cost
