Love Top Trend Hair! From America and I received my hair relatively fast. They were friendly. I understand the payment process may make you uncomfortable but trust the process. This company is legit. I am a black American woman and the raw straight bundles blended very well with my 4b/4c hair! I had my sew in for 3 months & hair is doing amazing. I get endless compliments on the hair.

This is my second purchase from this vendor. I’m honestly so impressed with the customer service! I needed my hair quite urgently and had a specific deadline that I needed it by. He did everything he could to make sure the hair arrived in time, and was so helpful and responsive throughout the whole process.

I asked if the hair would arrive before a certain date, and they told me it would. Instead, it arrived a week later, so it took a total of three weeks.

Second, the hair I received looks nothing like the reference photos I sent them. When I mentioned this, they just told me it would look better after washing it.

Third, the quality is terrible. I ordered loose curls, but there is barely any curl pattern. The hair is extremely dry, and I can't even get a brush through it.

And to make things worse, once you complain, they stop responding completely. I would definitely not recommend buying from them.
