Vietnam Visa VOA Opiniones

We booked our flight tickets to Vietnam during the Chinese new year thinking there is visa on arrival. But we didn't know that you need to either have an e visa or a visa approval letter until the last minute. Once we found the mistake we made, we checked YouTube for a solution and found the visa voa organisation and contacted them for an approval letter. We were skeptical initially since we were initially asked to do the payment.

But since we didn't have any other option we trusted our guts and went ahead with the payment. And thanks to the team, they arranged the visa approval request in a day just on time for our flight and we could have a wonderful holiday in Vietnam just because of them.

It was a Hassel free process and all thanks to the team. I will recommend their service to our friends and family .

I contacted Vietnam Visa VOA through recommendation from a friend after struggling for many weeks to obtain my Vietnam visa. I contacted the service and they were very prompt and extremely helpful with all of my questions. I can’t thank them enough for helping me to rectify my application. I’m currently awaiting approval which I hope to receive as soon as possible. Would definitely reccomend this service to anyone who is experiencing difficulties with the Vietnam e-visa application.

Good service with prompt response , I got my visa issue sorted within 30 mins of initiating the conversation , hassle free service

Anna from Vietnam Visa Voa was very patient with me and very organised. The letter arrived in the time promised (hours) and I was able to arrange a visa on arrival. The cost was reasonable and communication was excellent throughout.

Fast, professional and very helpful. Requested my visa 3pm and got it by 11am next day. If you're an idiot like me, and forget your visa needs, they are there for you.

Great customer service.

I have used Vietnam Visa VOA several times and they always deliver in record time. Can't recommend them enough!

Susan answered quickly to my messages when I first approached the company. Not only she was direct and helpful, she was super friendly and reassuring.

I was dead frightened it was a scam, but she sent me the numerous positive reviews and I used their service for my friend and myself.

Their price is unmatched, 1/3 of other companies!!!
I am a very picky and suspitious of everything. I kept messaging them to ask if the visa was ready. They were super nice and comforting, the visa came perfectly on time, and it couldn't the smoother in the airport (just showed them the pdf on my phone, no need to print or photo)

I am super happy and can't recommend them enough. I talked to other companies that were both more expensive and not very understanding. Thank you so much for the help and emotional support hehe.

We had to get a visa for Vietnam at the same day we were flying. Vietnam Visa VOA helped us and made everything very easy for us. We got the visas very fast once we arrived at the airport! I totally recommend!

When we were checking in for our flight to Ho Chi Minh from Bali we did not realise that we needed a visa before we arrived. We thought that you could get a visa on arrival to Vietnam. We had to reschedule our flights for 24hours and we rang Anna from VOA. She was extremely helpful. She answered the phone and messages instantly and constantly reassured us that it would be ready on time. It came through exactly 24 hours later. When we arrived to Vietnam we were escorted to the visa area and everything was taken care of. We got into Vietnam without any hassle. We are very thankful. Amazing service!! Thank you Anna ☺️

Susan was amazing sorted everything…
Nothing was to much trouble.
Would recommend this service provider.

My dad had to fly into Vietnam the next day for a family emergency and he had not updated his visa. I contacted Visa VOA and spoke with Susan who immediately got us sorted. We had all the paperwork ready by COB and by the time of his flight. She was very communicative and responsive, calming all my anxieties as I constantly asked questions. And even though the Whatsapp profile or website may have looked a little outdated or dodgey at the time, rest assured they're very legit and helpful haha I highly recommend!

We can definitely recommend Vietnam Visa VOA as we had a very good experience and received the documents very quickly!

Susan was amazing.
As amateur travellers we were unaware we needed a visa to even get on the plane to Vietnam. So stuck in Bangkok airport I frantically searched for an emergency visa. Just happened to stumble upon these guys, I what’s app called, no answer but Susan called back with in 10 minutes.
She walked us through the urgent visa process, ensuring us we will be ok and it will be done by COB. Got it by the end of the day which enabled us to change our flights and were only 24hrs late to our vietnam holiday.
Highly recommend using them, Susan you’re an asset to the company.

Susan was a saviour and an absolute hero! We arrived in Hanoi airport, assuming we could get a visa on arrival… We were put on the first plane back to Hong Kong and feared for the rest of our Vietnam holiday. I read about Vietnam Visa VOA and decided to get in touch. Within the first couple of messages with Susan, we felt like we could trust her service and she was brilliant. She got us the visa within 1 working day as promised, just in time for our flight back to Vietnam. Highly recommend their services!

Very Good e-visa service easily to apply And get Visa on time 100% trusted Authentic company 👍 specially Ms Anna so helpful I'm very thankful to you

Really saved our vacation due to their great service and immediate support with urgent visa

We had requested 3 visa's via the govenment website 7 days in advance. Unfortunately due to bank holidays, these were not granted on our travel day.

Afraid that we had to reschedule or cancel our holiday we reached out to vietnam visa voa team. With their whatsapp support they were able to help us with urgent docs for checkin & immigration.

We made a big mistake. We arrived at the airport in Dublin for our flight to Hanoi without a visa as we thought “visa on arrival” means you get it when you arrive. This was not the case lol. Anyway we were able to speak directly to Susan in VietnamVOA and she was so helpful. All we did was send on our passport details and a photo and they took care of the rest. It was really stressful at the time but these guys were great. They were responsive and very helpful. Our visas arrived exactly when they promised they would. Would recommend.
