Vietnam Visa VOA Opiniones

If you need to get a visa to Vietnam, urgent or not, look no further because these guys are just the ABSOLUTE BEST. My family of four had arrived at the airport to check in for the flight but completely forgotten about the visas. This was on a Saturday so it was even more difficult than usual to get an urgent visa. Vietnam Visa VOA, through a 10 minute phone call with the VERY PROFESSIONAL Susan, informed us that we could infact get it by the weekend if we wanted, obviously at a much higher cost because no one works during weekends and I have no doubt they would have ensured we did. However we extended our countries of transit and requested to get our visas by the next Monday noon, as this would be cheaper and wouldn't impact our trip too much. This was recommended to us by Susan once she got a quick grasp of our plans, showing that this place actually cares about their customers situations and was not just trying to wring their wallets dry. She promised we would receive our E-Visas by Monday noon and we got them half an hour earlier with NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER and we were in Vietnam a day later. Couldn't be more thankful for their prompt help and will definietly be using them again next time we visit. THANK YOU.

I would give this 10/10 if I could. They got 3 of us a Vietnam visa within 2 hours of first communicating with them. They are not a scam and I cannot stress that enough because whilst it was very expensive it was 10000% worth it considering the time frame they were able to complete the visa form and send it across to us just in time for our flight to Vietnam. They were easy to communicate with and very helpful, patient and kind. I would recommend this service to anyone and everyone needing a visa 🇻🇳🇻🇳🙌🙌

Absolute gem of a company...let's just say they gave me back my peice of mind.Delivered e-visa for Vietnam within 1.5 hours as other visa application was taking to long and flight date nearing. Can't praise the lady on the phone enough..honest,polite and very professional.

One the best Visa service one could expect, and the best part is they did it in style. They promised me to deliver Evisa a day before my departure but they sent me much before. I love it .

Honestly was suspicious about this service and very desperate to get an expedited visa to visit Vietnam. I had gone to the consulate in SF, called the immigration dept in Vietnam etc and none were responding after my evisa was taking too long to process. Luckily, they helped me out and I was able to get a visa in 9 hours (it even ended up coming in 7) and I was good to fly. Very thankful and very grateful, especially after having the messiest start to a travel experience and having to rebook my flight but it all worked out with this service.

Great service, great hospitality and quick answers. I definitely recomand Vietnam Visa VOA and especially Anna who helped me get a visa within a day.

I am Akhtar Amin from the north part of Pakistan (Hunza), and wanted an approval letter for Vietnam for my summer vacation trip to Malaysia Thailand Myanmar, and Laos, I was wondering to visit Vietnam but little confused about the Visa approval letter, so I was searching on the internet here what I saw…………...!
I Saw Ms. Susan's video on YouTube and the way she explained and the way she delivered the visa information in detail everything she clear regarding the visa and immigration services are so brilliant also one of my friends suggested I get Mrs. Susan's service, so I went through her official site the way she was replying to user comments showed how genuine so I reached her on WhatsApp and asked for her service in early May and she shares all the details through WhatsApp And, she handled everything so professionally. It felt like Susan is a Counsellor herself and guess what I got
4 days before her committed date (I received my visa approval letter before I leave for Malaysia), and I am gone meet her in person very soon. What else does one want from any travel planner or visa facilitator? Just mind-blowing service
Love from Hunza Pakistan Mrs. Susan

Our E-Visa letters to Vietnam was issued to the wrong City (our fault), tried to rectify this before going to the airport on the National Web Portal on Immigration with the E-Support form and visiting the Consulate of Vietnam in our home country, but unfortunately the airline would not let us check in as our E-Visa letter was not valid as our flight destination was Hanoi and NOT Ho Chi Minh City (as per the E-Visa letter). Long story short, after a few hours online trying to get an emergency visa on a few scammer/fraudulent websites (with extortion amounts of costs to get an emergency visa), to be honest it was just so overwhelming (after 2-3 hours of surfing the internet and looking at our options), by chance I came across Vietnam Visa VOA (again on first sight, I just thought it was another scam website), but on checking the legitimacy of this service provider on 'Trustpilot' and RECENT dated comments (which was an absolute god-send as all the other websites showed comments that were 3, 5 and 7 years old) …I never looked back. I connected with Ms Thu thereafter and she was just amazing, so helpful, super quick, professional and she came across as very caring and with such genuine kindness. Saying that I was over the moon with my experience would be an understatement, I could not have been more happier with this service, I personally highly recommend this service provider to anyone that falls into a stressful situation with their E-Visa entry letter into Vietnam. Million thanks to you Ms Thu, you are very honest, truthful and transparent and it was certainly very much appreciated in my situation … now I can enjoy my holiday (less one day) in Hanoi to experience the culture, relaxation and FOOD! ~ Susanne, Perth WA

Wow. We thought we needed a 2 hour visa. Susan assured a three hour would work… it did. Excellent customer service. I will use them for all of my team moving forward!

We made a mistake and needed urgent Visa's. It felt a bit sketchy dealing everything over WhatsApp but Anna was perfect in communicating and getting it done.

Awesome!! Great attitude, very responsive, result came out earlier than expected. Highly recommended this agency for flawless service.

Awesome!
Vietnam Visa VOA helped my mom to get a multiple entry visa for tourist. The process was very easy and fast. We also checked many times and I know it was troublesome but Vietnam Visa VOA treated us very well and helped us a lot until we got all of our question sorted.

We also got the fast track option which was very convenient because we got to skip the whole waiting..Next time going to Vietnam, definitely will get the visa from here again :)

Special thanks to Susan who has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and easy to deal with.
My Evisa was available in 2.5 hours. Excellent service offered and processed by exceptional staff inside the time period.Thank you all involved.

So knowledgeable and extremely hands on. The team were always on call. I was traveling for a race and hence had a very tight schedule and a few pre-requisites to be taken care of. Lucy and Anna were extremely helpful throughout the time.

TLDR: Surprisingly not a scam, wonderful service, sweet and reliable Susan.

The Read: Had a trip to Vietnam a few weeks ago and needed to get an approval letter for the Visa on Arrival, and decided to go with Vietnamvisavoa because their reviews on Trustpilot were better than the rest. Honestly thought this was a scam at first because the website didn't work at all and you had to do everything over Whatsapp. Adding to that, the prices were completely different than what was mentioned on the website and almost 5x higher, so everything told me it was a scam.

The lady who helped me, Susan, let me know that the website hadn't been maintained since Corona, due to lack of staff/funds, but I unfortunately had no time and all the other sites/agencies looked like scams as well, so I put my trust and trip in her hands and hoped for the best. Paid $155 for the (joint) Approval Letter with urgent processing, which came in 5 days. The letter came without a stamp or signature from the Immigration Department, but with a shady electronic signature, which she assured me was legit, so I (not having another option) just had to rely on that.

During this whole time, Susan and I kept in contact and she let me know what I'd need for the Visa on Arrival. Needed to fill out the form (you could do this on arrival because they provide the forms as well, but honestly recommend you do this beforehand because that looked hectic), a recent passport pic and $25 stamping fee.

In the end, I was able to fly to Vietnam, get the Visa on Arrival without any problems (!!!), and go on to have a wonderful trip! All-in-all, the visa and everything around it was mega expensive, but from my research Vietnamvisavoa is relatively well-priced in comparison to others. Additionally, Susan and I kept in contact throughout the trip and she gave me valuable insights, hints and tips about various cities/locations, and helped booked tours.

The service was really top-notch and really appreciated all the help, so even though I find the price for the visa and such crazy, I just HAD to give her and the agency a 5 star review, because honestly, her effort and service was invaluable. Would definitely recommend, and will only count on Vietnamvisavoa if I ever intend to travel to the wonderful country again.

Very nice and kind service, Anna was the best and quick. All via whatsapp

Susan was so helpful and got our visa sorted in 2 hours. We were stuck at the airport due to our government evisa taking over 5 days. Wish we went with VisaVOA straight away. Thanks again, Susan!

Wonderful people who graciously help resolve any concerns and issues that arise. They go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. I needed to get visas for my in-laws quickly and they were able to assist with no time wasted. Definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a visa and needs some help. 10/5, that’s how great they were! 🧡☺️

Life savers! or better said money and time savers.
I would definitely use them again if needed. I.ve got my visa in 2 hours. Great customer service and support.
The price is lower than the competition so I guess they are the best to use when you forgot to apply for the visa in time.

Anna was very responsive and helpful when I needed to expedite my visa. Reasonable fees, perfect clarity of communication, and excellent customer service. I trust this company to continue to help others with their Vietnam visas.
