They helped me so much faster than any other service. I had an issue that was causing our modpack to crash and they replied within a couple of hours and had it fixed pretty quickly.

Recently purchased a server from Villagerhost, and we are very happy with it.

Have had no connection issues! The customer service is brilliant, I spoke to Eshan on the live chat when purchasing the server. He then talked me through step by step on setting up the server and importing our previous world. He even took a look at the world file and fixed it when there was a chunk error.
Would highly recommend Villagerhost!

We had help from a supporter named Eshan Mistry and they not only answer any questions we have, but also helps us with installing any mods we would like on our server! Very happy with the service and the server, can't recommend them enough!

Fast delivery, great quality, great server. There were a few issues along the way, but the support is great, always responded on time, and were kind and happy to help. After using MCProHosting before this, I 100% recommend villagerhost. Easier interface, better support, and higher quality servers.

Had a problem installing mods on the server since it was my first time doing so, and when i contacted support for help, i recieved a reply within less than 5 minutes, and the person actually installed everything for me!! 10/10 customer service.

Amazing service! Customer support is the best I have experienced with any company anywhere: prompt, friendly, and informed. No hidden fees for premium services which is very appreciated. Minor connection issues from time to time but is almost always resolved within minutes and has never impeded gameplay.

Had a Minecraft server with them and would honestly recommend them above all other hosts ive tried! Whenever i needed help their support is always super friendly and helpful and the service is pretty good! Overall more than happy with the price and service, and would definitely recommend to anyone!

Very helpful! I messed up installing a plugin, contacted the live chat and they walked me through how to do it step by step, and when I clicked a wrong button, they went in fixed my mistake and finished installing it for me! All while being super friendly and professional!

Helped me set up and grow my Minecraft server as well as hosting my website alongside it. Looking to expand into other games and I know they will provide the best service yet again

I had been using their services for a long time, the services were great and high quality with lots of support. About 4,5 months ago, the service randomly stopped working. I couldn't access the files and the service panel anymore. I assumed this was for maintenance so I left it for three days. After that, I contacted the customer service that was so helpful earlier. No response, I mailed them and sent them a message on Facebook, they read it but did not respond. I even left a bad rating on Facebook that they immediately deleted. It's been almost 5 months and still heard nothing from them. I can see his personal profile and see that he is active on his personal and VillagerHost account. I would really want at least a backup of the files of my service since I spent a lot of time in it. Used to be a great host, but not anymore. I do not recommend buying from VillagerHost. This will probably also be deleted.

Used VillagerHost for over 2 years (or more, I've lost count!) now and I honestly can't fault them.
Eshan is always on hand to help and the services / pricing are excellent.
Highly recommend.

I run a small private server with VillagerHost for about 2 months now for me and about 5 friends and i am so far happy with them, they helped me get my plugins setup and the server connection is really good and theres no lag compared what there was before! Thank you !

I run a server with these guys, and I highly suggest anyone who wants to run a MC server, choose these guys.

They have the best customer service staff I've ever been involved with, and I've been involved with many server hosts.

They offer free web hosting and anything you ask them for help, they will. I've never been so happy with a server host than I've been with these guys.

10/10 would partner with again.
