Bought some supplements and next day the prices went down. Customer service doesn’t want to give me a price adjustment!!!

I am totally surprised to see the poor reviews. I literally came here unprompted because I was curious what their rating was. I live in the GTA and I’ve probably placed more than 15 orders with Vitamin Village just this year. I was so impressed every single time with their unbeatable prices, inventory, ease of checkout, redemption of points, freebies, quick shipping, and not once did they ever screw up an order. I continue to shop here because the experience and prices have been amazing from start to finish.

But now that I’m reading other negative reviews, I will have to keep in mind that everyone has different experiences and hope that if I ever encounter a problem, I won’t be wrong about customer service.

Consider me a loyal customer if they remain consistent with their amazing service!!

Placed a $186.73 order on Sept 4th. It is now Sept 14 and I have not yet received a shipping notification. It shouldn't take this long! Not at all impressed.
Update: Sept 16th called Village Vitamin Store said it has not shipped, but the money ($186.73) was taken from my account on Sept. 4th. Apparently one of the items was out of stock, they never bothered to notify me.

This is the worse store to deal with from the online shopping to very poor service and unprofessional greedy company.They delivered my order far post office and I told them return it .I emailed and phoned no response.The guy who had no experience mentioned refund he never gave any.He now kept my partial refund because he said it got shipped.I never paid for shipping and never received my order in June.He now gave refund in Aug and kept my $10.00 for himself.This is a fraud store and they do not want to issue refunds.I reported to BBB
