Terrible support, complicated rules, waste of time and money.
Buying a timeshare with them has been the WORST experience of my life. I was sold a unit for my family (fitting four) and then I have been told that I didn't. They argue that I only have a studio for 3. No arguing with them. Then I try to book a room for three adults with two queen beds and they will not guarantee two beds. They only assign rooms at check in, so good luck! Maybe we will get a king size bed for three adults. They have the final say. I have wasted so much time trying to pay bills online (after an hour on chat, I was told they didn't know why I couldn't pay online and I should just call), book stays with ever changing rules about my timeshare points and when/how I can use them. Each time I speak with their chat/support staff, the details change. The website is unnecessarily complicated and not user friendly. I paid a fortune to have a vacation destination, but trying to use if has been an insane labyrinth of legalese and obfuscations. I have two advanced degrees, so I am not a moron, but they do their best to make you feel like one. And, I know now why people say timeshares are scams....save your money and your sanity!
