Please understand that this information is factually incorrect. You paid 15.90€ and successfully received and downloaded your vehicle report.
The additional 13.50€ was an optional discount offer sent to you afterward, giving you a cheaper rate if you wished to look up another car. It was not a request for extra payment for your current report. Since your service was fully completed without any hidden fees, we request that you update this misleading review.

Thank you for your feedback, but there is a clear misunderstanding here. You are confusing our service with another company.
On our website, a report costs a one-time fee of 15.90 €. We do not offer any subscriptions, and it is technically impossible for our system to charge you 19.99 € or bill you twice. Furthermore, the order number you provided (#V7BAN) does not exist anywhere in our database.
Since you did not respond to our official Trustpilot data verification request, this review will be removed as you are clearly not our customer. Please check your bank statement carefully to identify the correct company.
Fraudsters
Fraudsters. Service paid, report not sent even after 48 hours of waiting. Classic scam. Do not use this service at all. Spread...On the third day, I received a report, which I no longer care about and which is more than curt.

Finger weg. Abzocke.

Fake service - no response
I have asked for a check giving the VIN number and they claimed that it was not correct. I asked for a reimbursement since the service is not fulfilled , written two times and I am still ignored
Update from the 14/1/2026 . Contacting support raised no outcome and that is why I concluded that this is a fake service

Hello Geo,
You requested a check for VIN: JHMED16707S202975, which is not valid. It does not exist in the Honda database. When you receive this information from us, it means either that the number has been changed or that there is an error in one or more of the characters. That is why we asked you to double-check all the characters and send us a valid chassis number to check. Of course, we can also refund your payment, just contact support.

Hallo,
Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
They promise a 48h report delivery. However after six days no report and no replies to my emails.
DO NOT use this service. It´s a scam.
Edited: Refund issued and received. Not a scam, just unprofessional...

Hello,
The report is sent according to our terms, and as we can see in our system, the report is delivered and downloaded. So everything is done successfully.
Scam
Scam. Doesn’t give you any real report. Stay away. They say 100% refund if the report will not have information and if you get in touch they don’t respond.
UPDATE: they told me in Trustpilot to send them an email but I have already emailed them twice about the report that sent me and no response yet. Three weeks after.
