It's my second order
It's my second order. The first one was delivered partially with a huge delay (±2 months) and partially as a money-back.
Somehow, I decided to give this shop a second chance and made an order with multiple items. All items may be shipped in a short period of approximately 6-8 days.
Today, 16 days after payday, my order or parts of it, not even shipped.
I am angry at such a dishonest approach.
Vinello com de eu es pt etc... is the same system, just with a local SEO domain, and every customer should know how you operate your business. Reading other reviews, I am not alone here.

I have a problem with order number 201968689 dated November 11.
On November 15, I emailed you to your email address, but I did not receive a response.
On November 15, the courier contacted me and informed me that my order had been placed in an AlzaBox — a parcel box.
He also told me that there were problems with the package and asked what was inside it.
I replied that there was wine in it. He said that something was leaking from the box.
When I picked up the package from the parcel box, I found the packaging wet and two of the six bottles were broken, the rest were in poor condition.
I documented everything on video and photos.
I wanted to resolve this issue as soon as possible, but I faced indifference and lack of attention.

Rýchla dodávka a kvalitne zabalené fľaše. Nikdy neplatím vopred. Vždy beriem tovar na dobierku. U Vás som urobil výnimku, lebo toto víno považujem za vínimočné. Veľa úspechov!

The delivery of order took 30 days - and even then was not delivered in full
The delivery took 30 days. And when it came 20% of order was still not delivered. The remaining part of the order does 'should be delivered in another 2-3 weeks', so complete delivery would be up to 2 months. Many of the wines they claim to have in stock are actually not in stock. Stay away from vinello, there are better online wineshops out there.
