Only gave one *as 0 is not an option. Please, please avoid this surgery like the plague (they would not see you even if you had the plague)! Never ever known a surgery like it, absolutely disgusting service. Tried to get an appointment, they said it was not necessary but ended up in hospital! Luckily I have moved to a much better surgery. Only writing this to warn others, please read the reviews about this awful place. Even my chemist said how bad they were, together with a physio. Honestly sign up at your peril!

Absolutely dismal, wait weeks for Reponses , cannot discuss anything with receptionist, as they will report a near miss to their managers, does not take anything the patient says into consideration as they don't care to listen nor support. The messaging system they use assumes everyone's knows exactly where to go, add a street number and a contact number to your messaging system its easy. Also couldn't care less if the patient schedule cannot accommodate their 1 open appointment time, then tell people that if you can't make the appointment you will have to open a new case. closed my account with them, Seriously, If you're not willing to listen to patients then find another job.

I needed to make an appointment with GP as I had been experiencing pain in the rib area for a couple of weeks. Of course you can only do it online, a nurse called me back several hours later and deemed that I should be seen asap (the following morning). I was still only seen by the nurse not a doctor. The nurse examined me and said i had to go to A & E (QA) for blood tests and an x ray, this is absurd as we have excellent local facilities for these things. I had no choice and spent 7.5 hours in the A & E department that day because the nurse had put on my notes 'Chest pain' I denied several times that I had any pain in my chest or difficulty breathing. This I believe was put on there to get me onto A & E. Emergency services in this country are already overworked and in fact QA recently declared a critical incident. And here we have GP surgeries referring patients to them. I would like to know why I was referred to A & E but of course there is no option for that on their online portal.

I have been lied to and mucked about while spending the last two days chasing up a prescription. To actually pop into the surgery and be told it has been signed off and sent to the pharmacy and then phone up the next day to find it hasn't even been sent. Feel like an idiot to keep popping into my pharmacy trying to chase it up. The phone line was about as helpful as chocolate teapot too. Just got told they can't tell me when the doctor will sign it off?!? How is this even allowed to continue.

Doctors are great if you can get an appointment.
Ridiculous booking system. Always more than 30 people in the queue when you phone and hence no chance of an appointment. The only way to get an appointment is to go to your nearest urgent care facility or phone 111 who will send you there. The urgent care doctor will then write to Vine to tell them to make an appointment for you. What a waste of everyone's time and money. And yet more burden on urgent care facilities that is totally unnecessary. They need to get a new practice manager who is willing to get a new system in place.

An absolute shambles ive transferred to another Doctors surgury Vine Medical have taken on too much there processes are useless there website is rubbish.

Booked appointment online 2 weeks ago for Monday 7 Aug in afternoon, got message at 16:50 Friday 4 Aug telling me I had not booked the appointment correctly and it has been cancelled. No indication of what was wrong. Told to phone at 14:00 Monday 7 Aug (30 minutes before my original appointment ) to book another one correctly. What a joke not happy at all.

I got to speak with a great member of staff she's very encouraging and straight talking she knows me well and knows I like straight talking no flannel. She's very encouraging.

The appointment was on time. The nurse answered all my questions and very helpfully
My ECG test was carried out quickly and easily ☺️
The nurse then told me what would happen to my results

I had two appointments in the same day and both visits were positive and the nurse and doctor were really informative .. a great visit ..

Doctor was caring, diagnosed swiftly and listened to me the patient.

Always never have to wait very long

Absolutely awful, when I arrived I was told that the time quoted on the text I had was wrong and that the GP was running late. I was asked to sit and wait, which I did for an hour and a half with my appointment seemingly no closer and no information as to what was happening. At that time I had to leave as I needed to get back to work. I approached the receptionist counter to try and let them know I had to go. I waited 10 minutes and no one came so had to leave. It appears the reports that the NHS is broken are correct. As a footnote I’ve had no follow up or apology and my appointment was for a suspect mole that the GP specifically wanted to check was a problem so am now very worried about it and no nearer getting it looked at.

The visit yesterday was very professional and on time

Disappointed, I was late 5minutes for my blood test, the receptionist check the avabilitis and she book my for 9.55am, I was waiting for one hour and half, ask her what happen and she said,, that are a bit late,, which was not true, she didn't book properly in the system.... Disappointed......

Everything was fine. Apart from the fact that I had to sit in the waiting room in hot conditions for fourty minutes before I wad seen. I felt dehydrated by the time I was seen.

This is a 5 star review for my visit to see the nurse yesterday for a health check. She, Andrea was lovely and put me at ease. Asked me a few simple questions and took some blood. I am a problem to get blood out of so she reassured me and was so gentle with no bruising. It was all done with an interest in me as a patient and person.
