Beschwerde
Ich habe einen Wasserkocher bestellt. Ich habe eine E-Mail vom Kurierdienst DPD erhalten, dass ich die falsche Adresse angegeben habe. Das ist eine Art Missverständnis, da ich die richtige Adresse angegeben habe. Ich habe ihnen einen Antwortbrief geschrieben, aber es gab kein Ergebnis.

Sehr Geehrte Frau,
Es tut mir sehr leid, dass Sie eine negative Erfahrung mit dem Kurierunternehmen gemacht haben. Das Paket wurde aufgrund einer „falschen Adresse“ an uns zurückgeschickt, aber nachdem die Dame es bestätigte, schickten wir sofort ein neues Paket, das sicher ankam.
Dennoch vielen Dank für Ihren Kommentar, wir versuchen stets daran zu arbeiten, unsere Kunden zufrieden zu stellen. Wir haben auch den Fehler des Kurierunternehmens gemeldet, um zu verhindern, dass sich eine solche Situation in Zukunft wiederholt.
