Great service! I bought an engagement ring from VintageTom, however it wasn’t possible to resize small enough for my fiancée. The ring was returned and refunded, easily and with no fuss. Brilliant! Will definitely recommend to others.

I ordered my fiancée's antique engagement ring from Vintage Tom, a beautiful 18ct diamond and sapphire ring with Chester hallmarks from 1913. Unfortunately, the centre sapphire was cracked upon arrival, which I could see without a loupe. I work in antiques and was understanding that rings of this age can have minor wear and tear. As the ring was not listed as found, I contacted the Vintage Tom team to see if they could replace the stone. They accepted that the photos in the listing did not show a crack and they admitted that they hadn't even noticed the damage. I offered to drive the ring to their shop in Frome (I live in Leeds) or send the ring back to have the repair done but received no reply. I then got back in contact to say I had found a jeweller in Leeds who was willing to do the repair, I offered to pay the labour cost if Vintage Tom would reimburse me for the stone. Once again, I recieved no reply.
I am hugely disappointed in this service as I am a returning customer and I would have continued to purchase from Vintage Tom in the future if they had put this right. As it stands, I cannot recommend anyone buy major purchases from this business.

Great store with amazing service and quality products. Bought a ring they resized it and met all of our needs and were very helpful.

A lovely experience. Chose a ring we liked, sent to us for free, easy returns policy if you don’t like it - just pop it in free post bag and let them know you want a refund. We did love the ring though so sent it back and got it resized and sent back to us all for free! Just so simple and quick and nice :)
