I ordered a quilted dragon tot bag what I have received is not as ordered it not the right design it is not quilted and you would not pay any more then a couple of pounds if you bought it in a shop. pure rubbish

ok, the delivery was reasonable and the bag is in new condition, BUT it is not as advertised, i.e, QUILTED--it is 2 pieces of fabric joined together, but NO PADDING between which is what Quilted means Very diappointed, but reading other reviews it is not worth trying to send the item back--the perils of using the internet for shopping--we need to go back to High street shops.........

To be quite honest, the product that we received, which was intended as a gift, was not what was advertised. We thought we were getting a quilted tote bag--what we eventually got was a printed picture on lightweight fabric. As agift for our daughter, it was less than satisfactory, but she had the good manners to make a fuss of how lovely it was. We shall be more careful in future, and check Trustpilot for reviews...

Shut their website down ! It’s a scam

Ordered a bag from this coming, many weeks later still not dispatched. Several emails sent with no response. Can only assume that this China based company is fraudulent.
Lucky for me I got a refund through PayPal

Order 2 bags in january still not shipped tried to communicate with the seller but no answer in the end i contacted my card provider and got the items refunded within 8 hours please do not buy off this site i looked on google maps to were the company should be but it's a parking lot in the US so please don"t buy

Absolute scam. Nothing as the image they show on their website. In reality it is a cheap bag with a printed image. The only thing they "craft" is the images on their website.

The tote bag was not quilted. The company is a con. Do not buy from this website

I ordered 3 quilted tote bags from this company, they have taken my money and not heard from them since emailed several times, no reply, they are a SCAM based in China …. BEWARE

I ordered 3 quilted tote bags on 10th January. After 3 weeks I emailed both the company and the email address shown on the paypal receipt.
3 bags arrived. They were not quilted, as illustrated, merely printed and the handle straps were an insubstantial tape, not a properly constructed handle, as illustrated.
One of the bags was a totally wrong design, nothing faintly resembling what was ordered.
At a total cost of over £70:00, I was disappointed to say the least, and just to add insult to injury, all the zips are so badly set that none of them will fasten.
I again emailed both addresses but as yet have been ignored. I do not expect to have a favourable outcome, and now need to find alternative birthday gifts.

BEWARE, please do not be fooled as I have been. This Company does not sell goods ( bags) as described.
They show pages of lovely, QUILTED bags with lovely, colourful designs. I ordered one for a relative's birthday, as I knew she would love it. The postage time to my address was reasonable, about a week.
I was looking forward to seeing the bag but was so disappointed with the bag I recieved. Instead of a quilted material, the bag is a canvas- type, and does not have the soft handles as shown in the photo online. The picture and colour is as expected, but there is definitely NO quilting!
Having decided to return the bag, as per the instructions on their website I emailed them to request a Return label, as they state there will be no unauthorised returns. This email was ignored for a few days, so I sent another request to them. This has also been ignored! They give you 30 days to return items, at your own expense, but nowhere is there an address to return items; no telephone number either, so if they ignore emails you reach a dead end.
I consider myself to be a careful shopper, I often ignore sites that don't seem quite right. But I was totally taken in by these people, probably because the bags looked so pretty and unusual, and at first sight their site Homepage looks good.
I won't be giving the bag as a present now, it's not good enough.
Please, if you come across these 'quilted' bags being sold by this Company, do not waste your money. They are not as they appear and neither is the Company!
