Scam! Took payment then the site disappeared

Complete scam no reports recieved web site non existent

This is a scam site - they offer to give you a report for £1 (which they don't deliver) and then withdraw a further £29! I am going to reclaim this from my bank.

got me too scammed for a £1 dont use never got report and there website is broke

As like the rest of you, I paid £1.00, and didn't receive anything from this so called vintool company. Then law and behold £29.95 was robbed from my account. I Contacted my bank, and cancelled my card, and they said that I couldn't get my money back, as I had signed up to a subscription by ticking the box of this scammers terms and conditions. Not happy at all

An absolute scam. Cancel any transactions they have surreptitiously stolen from your account. They have been reported to the police. Thanks

Total scam. These people should be put in prison! Stay way clear. Tried to charge me £29.95 for no reason. Thankfully it was an expired card.

After sending an email to the customer service I received a refund for the sums paid (29.95 + 1). However, I had not received any report

Could only log in once then even the password they gave me wouldn't work and never actually got to see the vehicle report and now can't get back into account. Lucky it only cost £1 coz I bet getting a refund would be a nightmare too seeing as there's no support options on the website at all.

Scam. I checked one vin code, nearly a month ago. Today, they took 29.95€ from my account! I hope I will have my bank refound me...😡😡

Complete scam got nothing for initial payment of £1. No confirmation or mention of a subscription. They then tried to charge me £29.95. Fortunately my credit card company alerted me to this and have now cancelled and refunded the payment. Steer well cleat of this company.

They have tried to charge me 29.95 Eur without my permission from my card. This is unacceptable!!!
Previously I have paid 1 Euro on their site on Jan 24.

Scam.. only a euro. But that's not the point. Got a ", simplified" report, no info on it at all.
