So perfect.
I absolutely love my cameo ring that I got from here. My grandmother used to wear one when I was growing up that was given to another relative when she passed. So when I saw this I knew I had to get it and every time I wear it I think of her. The craftsmen ship is wonderful and it was packaged so wonderfully and was quick to be delivered and communication was great. It’s such a wonderful ring and I love that I’m supporting a business that really care about what they make. Will definitely be shopping from here again.

An underwhelming experience
I ordered a "Matilda Cameo Necklace" as a gift when it was at a discount price. The order stayed at "awaiting fulfillment" for about a week until I decided to contact Vintouch Jewels on September 5th, about a week after I made my order. They answered that the shipping will start the next day, and I was hopeful. On the next day, the shipping status was updated: it was on its way from Naples, Italy to Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
A few days later, the shipping company (FedEx) updated its package tracking status to show that it will arrive September 13th. On September 13th, the last shipping status update was that it had arrived in Vienna, Austria the same day. Nonetheless, the prediction from FedEx was that it will arrive on the 13th at 10 p.m. at the latest. In the end, it arrived in Plovdiv on the 17th. But let's say that this is not the fault of Vintouch, but of FedEx.
As to the necklace itself is relatively well-packaged, although somewhat crudely. The cameo is evidently low-quality. It lacks detail, the material is so blatantly cheap. But considering the very low price, it is about as much as you would expect, though I definitely would not describe it as "masterfully handmade", which are the words that begin the description of Vintouch on their website.
The redeeming factor is that it is from Italy. If I had purchased the same thing from a local (Bulgarian) jewellery store, it would've been a massively disappointing present to give to anybody.

We are sorry that the shipment has taken so long, though it was clearly stated on our website that orders placed throughout the Summer Sale would have been processed starting by August 26th. Since each of our jewelry is strictly handmade, it may take up to 7 working days to realize it and given the high volume of orders we've got in August, it's taken longer than usual.
About the cameo, we respect your opinion though we are pretty sure that you could not have purchased a similar handmade from sky blue jasper ware cameo from any local jewelry store because we're the only firm to make this special kind of cameo jewelry. We don't expect everybody likes our jewelry, but thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We're very sorry we failed to meet your expectations.
